I am absolutely appalled at the level of service I have received from this company. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but no one answers the phone and I never receive a call back. They dropped off the equipment and never set it up properly. It has been over 6 weeks of trying to get the equipment set up and nothing has been done. I will be notifying the insurance company that the equipment has not been set up and is unusable so they do not pay for the rental. At this point, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office and the insurance company. This is malpractice at its worst.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

this is the worst medical equipment I ever dealt with not only they don't get back with voice mail they don't ship product when promised so I cannot use my sleep machine for over a week because of poor customer relation

If you have a family, this place is not the place to work. They are not flexible or considerate. They lie about the hours you will work your offer letter. You will work 10 plus hours and only get paid for 8 hours. If you have a family emergency, consider yourself fired. Even if you are working on call late hours. They don't have any sympathy at all especially if your are POC. Word of advice don't apply here, don't work here.
