Colonial Ford of Marlboro Has some of the best staff and service department you’ll ever meet. Bob and his team went above and beyond for my family when my F150 needed a new alternator and we were over two hours from home. Bob and his service department stayed late, scoured for the part when it was difficult to find on a holiday weekend and didn’t leave until my truck was fixed and they were confident it would get our family home. Their team is second to none. I’ve been a ford owner for 20 years and this dealership clearly takes care of their customers and all ford customers.

This is my 3rd time to visit Colonial for car inspection. They are quick to inspect my car and was able to accommodate me in their busy schedule. They are down one team member but still manage to get the job done so quickly. The office staff were very friendly and they even made my 45 lb dog feel at home with attention and dog snacks. I will bring my car again in future inspections.

I told my wiring is covered under warranty . But want trailer connector have it check out 160.00 for diagnosis. Already paying 140.00 month for extra warenty for all wiring told me was covered. with 100.00 deductible.
Total 400.00 just to diagnosis. Who knows how much to fix it.

My Jeep died...starter....brpught it after hours.....they had cobta ted me and had a quote and had it fixes by noon the next day! Awesome customer service! Great communication and follow up. Made sure my extended warranty was invoked and I pucjed the car up that night. Thank you Marlboro Colonial Ford

Excellent service. They were able to get me in for an appointment the next day when other Ford dealers were booking up to 2 weeks out. Very responsive and kept me updated on everything. Will be coming back for sure.

I am torn for how many starts to leave here. I was given this link to review this dealership for a car I didn’t buy. My number was added to someone’s purchase. I was getting all kinds of texts. I responded saying they had the wrong person. Didn’t matter, they kept coming. I know their name and what they got. Best part is my number was also passed on to MetroCU for their car loan so now I’m getting those texts. Someone requested a login authorization code just now. Fun, fun, fun. Get your system under control Ford!!

Jen couldn’t have been nicer and the service was super expedient…I was a first-time customer and they still got me in and out in 2 days so I could make my planned vacation trip with no delays. Thank you for the excellent service!
The Sales Dept also took excellent care of me when I needed to trade in my vehicle. I got maximum value for my old car and a fantastic deal on a beautiful, reliable pre-owned car. Mo and Rodrigo (and shout out Brandon!) made the process pretty much effortless on my end. So appreciative for that! Thank you for getting me into my “new” vehicle quickly and painlessly. What a great Experience, I had colonial Ford of marlboro. They took my car in right away. Provided me with a rental go. Polite and courteous got everything done when they said that we're gonna get it done. Incredible service what highly recommend

Initially when I took my truck in for diagnosis they did not identify the issue that I had stated. After insisting there was an issue with my directional signal a service manager went with me for a test drive and finally identified the issue and gladly scheduled my truck in for servicing and repaired it about a week later when the parts came in. Overall it was a good experience
