Do not recommend - Matt our sales person sold us a car with a salvaged title. He insisted that because it was marked as such in California that it had no bearing on the value of the car whatsoever. Completely took advantage of me and my son. Not a good person. Paying $30k on a car that's not worth $6k shameful!

The sales team is good-I bought a used car and it was a quick transaction. The service department does not communicate with the customer as to if your need is covered under warranty or not. They are not attentive and make no extra effort to make the customer feel appreciated. If the issue isn't covered they don't let you know and they just do the repair without your authorization. This happened to me twice in the last couple of months. The female blond receptionist was extremely rude when said I wasn't paying for something I didn't want done. She made no effort to discuss said issue with you and was very immature. I can't imagine if I had purchased a new more expensive brand new car. Maybe I would have been treated differently because I spent more money. I am so relieved to know that I don't have to come back for any other issues I may have in the future. I have other places to go if needed.

I bought a 15 f150 in 19. I called to ask why the triple a guy couldn't get my truck to unlock. Told them the code it was reading ( door switches inhabited security) they told me I had to have it told to ehm imagine giving these people your money and they can't tell you that it means your door can only be opened by the unlock button on the key itself. I will never ever buy a truck from a colonial dealership again. Scumbag move scumbag service. The parts department is great tho about the only good thing about that place

My husband bought a 2022 Ford F350 a week ago today from the dealership it has been back to the dealership twice because the check engine kept coming on and the truck would not turn off. We had to bring the truck back the day after purchasing it due to this issue as well as they failed to install the plow package. My husband bought separately after being told it was installed. Today it's going back because when we previously brought the truck in the day after purchase, they told us nothing was wrong with the truck again the check engine light is coming on and the truck will not shut off. My husband said he just wanted his trade-in back which he was told if he wanted his old truck back, he would have to purchase it from them and pay the sales tax and go through a new loan with them, I feel as if this dealership does this to people and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau today because my husband is a disabled veteran who got completely taken advantage of for a $70,000 truck

My Car, Ford Mustang (EV) was due 10K servicing/recalls. I went there today at 8:00am but Suzanne Vantre at the service desk was very rude and at one time she said to take my care to another dealer, rather than changing her tone. I left and never coming back here. I booked an appointment at Acton Ford for today and going there.

Where do I begin ? I called AAA cause my car wouldn't start . The tow driver said it was electrical but my battery was fine . He towed it to Colonial . They said my battery was dead and I needed a new one . I got that battery a month ago . Then they told me a mouse had bitten through my wires . He showed me a picture . Wasn't sure it was my engine . He said would be 300 for that plus 200+ for the battery . It took 2 days to fix that ? I got in the car . The passenger seat looked like someone has napped in it . The heat was on 85 ? The drivers seat was screwed up . For an electrical problem ???? I took the battery they said was dead back to Autozone . They tested it and said it had a 90 % charge ! The last time I took my car here was for squeaking breaks . They charged me $$$ for that too . They still squeak . If you want bad service , your car beat up , and to be lied to come here .

if you value your life DO NOT let this dealership work on your car. I have a 2008 Fusion that had a recall for the ABS braking system. I put off bringing it in for awhile (I only go to dealerships for recall work), and in that time the ABS "trouble" light came on sporadically, and the brakes did not seem to be functioning properly - ABS kicking in even on dry pavement with light braking pressure. Obviously I had no idea whether these problems were caused by the recall issue or if it was a separate problem. So when I made the appointment to bring the car, I carefully explained in detail the ABS light problem and the problems that I was seeing with operation of the ABS. When I took the car in, I again explained the problems and I made sure that they understood what was going on, and that the car had ABS problems that may have been in addition to the recall issue. They had the car for half a day, told me it was all set, and I came in to get it. When I drove it off the lot, the ABS light came right back on, and was on and off a number of times driving it a few miles. And the problem with the ABS mysteriously kicking in was continuing. So I called Colonial Ford, took the car back in, and this time they had it for a full day. At the end of the day, they basically told me that all they did was reset the ABS light and that they did troubleshooting but could not find any problem with the ABS system. Needless to say, as I drove home, the ABS light continued to come on, and the ABS problems continued. So the next day, I took it to my local mechanic, H&L in Hudson. They found and corrected the problem within an hour or two - it was a corroded signal wire leading to an incorrect signal to the ABS unit. Problem solved and works fine now with no issues. So jut imagine...Colonial Ford worked on my brakes not once but TWICE and in TWO days, they could not correct a simple problem that affected the brake operation and therefore the safety of my life and the lives of others!! They let me drive away in a car with unsafe brakes not once but TWICE!! These people do not deserve to be in the repair business!! They deserve less than ZERO stars.
