My kids have been involved for almost a year now. They love it. Makes a big difference in their respect, attitudes, personal discipline, and personal confidence. I finally was able to start this month. Love how hard I’m being pushed and encouraged in the classes. I physically and mentally feel better. It’s nice being part of a community that works together to be better. The skills I’m growing in help me to be better and I get to enjoy this activity with my kids!

We love Certain Victory Martial Arts! Our 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter absolutely love their classes. The instructors are great with kids and so patient. Our kids have learned a lot of martial arts skills and also real life skills. I love the morals and values that CVMA teaches the kids. I highly recommend CVMA if you are looking to get your kids (or yourself! ) into martial arts.

My son has been attending CVMA for the past 3.5 years and we love it! He has increased his confidence and abilities with the support of the instructors. He loves attending his classes and is encouraged to continue working on the goal of attaining skills and advancing to the next belt while having fun in the process. The team is also very involved in the community and provides several events for the kids to come together as well as fundraisers to support the local community. If you are looking for a supportive, skill-building, encouraging environment for your kids, give them a try!

My son and I have been going to Certain Victory for 3 years now, and it's a fantastic place. The owners and instructors are top notch... very knowledgeable, high energy, and always teaching something new. It feels like a community. I go twice a week, and I'm fitter than I've been in a decade. My son is a little shy and didn't want to go at first, but the instructors were incredibly patient with him, and now he loves it. Highly recommended for both adults and kids!

Several months ago, I joined Certain Victory, initially just to give it a try. Little did I know, I would come to love this sport. As a mother of two older children, I had doubts about handling Martial Arts, but thanks to the coaches' support and expertise, my fitness and confidence have soared. The group is incredibly supportive, and I thrive in the high-energy classes where I learn invaluable self-defense techniques. It's a new feeling for me to eagerly anticipate going to the gym. Never before in my life did I say "I can't wait to exercise!".

I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I'm sorry that people are so petty that they hold on to sad grudges for a year.

So glad we found Certain Victory for my teen. She has fun and enjoys the high energy classes while also learning how to defend herself! Instructors and owners do a great job…training discipline, endurance, mental and physical strength!

I attended a Halloween Trunk or treat with my two foster kids in Oct 2022 in Marlborough hosted by the womens group. I stopped by Certain Victory because the kids saw a large wheel to spin. We waited in the very long line. It was finally their turn and to my surprise they each won a bigger prize, not the wood split attempt with the side of a hand. The 5 year old won a laser birthday party and the 3 year old won classes. I was told to move over to this table to fill out my email, I complied. The chinese woman told me she would be in touch. All my son really wanted to do was to try to split the wood that all the kids were doing, but apparently he didn't spin that, he won a bigger prize. 3 months later I called, since I never heard from the business, and I spoke to that same woman who told me, "yes i see your name, I have it. Want to come in for one free karate class? I can't book the party yet. There is a waiting list." I said ok and I scheduled the free class but that following week, my child was sick and I didn't make it but I was told I was on that list and would hear from her. Here it is, almost a year later and I never heard about either prize the children won. My 5 year old has ADHD. Not only was it very hard for him to wait in that very long line, but being turned away to hit a piece of wood with his hand was shocking. It wouldn't of killed you, its a small piece of wood. If you were that hard up for business, you could of said, if you want to forfeit the prize you won on the spinner to try the wood, thats an option, instead of a flat No. He is developmentally delayed. He was sad and confused as to why the other kids were doing it and he didn't get to try it, after waiting in that long line. Get rid of laser tag birthday party and free karate classes, if your only goal was to gain business. You lost mine. I saw right thru your dishonesty. That wasn't fun for my kids. We walked away with a business card and a dum dum pop.

Classes contain of bag work, pad work with others, 1 on 1 drills, and much more. The team is very helpful with great advice and technique, helping me improve every class.

Very pleased with this business. The owners are very easy to work with and my son has continued to love going to this dojo. Aside from learning martial arts, they frequently have parties and activities which keep the kids engaged and working as a team. It's been amazing to watch my child grow into the focused, responsible, and respectful little man he has become while training here.

My 7 yr old son has been going here for over two years now. What I like best is that, while the physical work is very thorough, instructors are very attentive and all the kids are held to high and attainable standards, there is a very big emphasis on forming the child as a whole. A big part of the training is teaching the kids to be respectful, responsible and overall good people. It’s not only about punches, kicks, blocks, etc. They encourage the kids to be clean at home, be diligent in school, be respectful to family members and also to be supportive in their communities amongst other valuable life skills. This all starts with the owners who are great folks that run a dedicated family business committed to enriching young people’s lives. They also run several volunteer events to help benefit the community. I can’t say enough good things and amvery pleased.
