I would like to share the positive experience that I have had with the entire staff at Bouvier Pharmacy. I was in need of oxygen for cluster migraines. The first person I spoke with, answered all of my questions was kind and courteous. Within days my oxygen was delivered to my home. Every person I came in contact via phone or in person was top notch. I would recommend this Business 100%Susan Noll

Clean proficient polite help kind have everything you need quick fast I can't say anything much nicer they're great I wish every person that needed assistant would go there they are just wonderful people and they're always there to help they don't have it they'll find it for you

One star given for "Amazing Unprofessionalism" involving someone's health and welfare. No longer professional. This is no longer the Bouvier that your parents used and trusted. Now just kids working there that "dismiss" you. They make mistakes continually. They blame you even with proof in front of them. "Oh...yes...I see what happened" one will say, then the next one blames YOU (unaware that someone already admitted to their mistake). They argue with you. Everything is "not their problem". Big entitled attitude. "Bouvier Pharmacy Inc." should be changed to "The Couldn't Care Less Pharmacy Inc."They have excuses for everything.Medicinal mistakes can end up being deadly.Don't take the chance because they USED TO BE a well respected pharmacy.Go elsewhere.

I love the staff at Bouvier Pharmacy. When we go in each month to pick up our meds, we feel like family. Excellent service! My only regret is that I didn't discover them earlier. Thanks for the outstanding customer service.

Bouvier has some of the kindest, most helpful staff! Their medication team is always ready to answer questions, and they help us out with whatever we need. The friendly rapport we've built with Bouvier is a bonus to the awesome services they provide! :D

My mom was in an assisted living facility for several years and now my mother in law is in a facility. Bouvier's medicine management is absolutely incredible. They are professional, kind, understanding and efficient. I can't say enough about their customer service. Outstanding!!!

I love Bouvier and their customer service! At the start of Covid when I was having trouble finding the specific insulin syringes I needed, the pharmacist at Bouvier ordered multiple boxes for me to have on hand before I panicked. It brought such relief for me and I was happy to support a small, local business!

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs at Bouvier always make you feel like you are the number one priority. From contacting doctors to make sure prescription refills are ordered to filling the scripts in a very time manner and answering questions about medications, the pharmacy staff make sure their customers receive the best care and service possible.

These guy's give professional quick service!! My daughter had surgery and needed some items quickly that I was unaware of and David Bouvier brought the items right to my house and showed us how to use them. Great service they have gained a loyal customer!

Over the years, our family has used Bouvier Pharmacy for a variety of medical supplies. However, since 2016, we began needing them for prescriptions in refilled trays for an electronic pill dispenser .The pre-filled trays, delivery service and machine setup was a huge timesaver while reducing the additional stress of filling the AM/PM medicine box on our own since we didn't have someone nearby able to commit every 2 weeks year round. Recently, we started trying the bubble packaging & for the most part that has been working out, too. The pharm-techs have been a lifesaver- listening, communicating, researching, troubleshooting, taking calls even for additional OTC items needing to be added to a delivery and more. Any questions they can't answer about prescriptions , refill support, striving to find savings, med regimen, delivery timing, or anything else, they connect us with the pharmacist or someone who can help. From our experience, Bouvier continues going above and beyond even on short notice helping us care for our loved ones. Thank you:)
