Regarding owner response: I have confirmed Better Flooring DID do the flooring and errors,. The owners response is not true.
Finished with rotten wood under the refrigerator with no communication regarding the rot. Upon return to remove boot imprints and scratches caused by another contractor, and top coat after floor rot removal, they left the boot imprints and top coated them in. Upon return to fix that they finished it with circular staining from not sanding it properly. They left two black perminent marker marks on the new white quartz countertop while doing the tile back splash. The fourth attempt to fix it left it worse than to start.
Laguage barriers was mentioned as a potential reason for these errors. With easy and free translation options, language barrier is not an acceptable excuse. No, we are not all multi lingual, but if that is an issue for this business than they should be addressing it with available resources.
So far, time required out of my home is triple what it should have been, and continues, due to Better Floorings errors.

Used them 8 years ago for a vinyl floor install. Doing the whole house now. They are exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

Great people!! The girls were very helpful in helping me choose materials for my bathroom and bedroom. Also did the job installation with them and they were amazing!! They asked how I wanted the tiles to go on the bathroom and when they were done with everything I just couldn’t believe that the old house I lived in was finally turning in what I was planing with the renovation. I will definitely be coming back to choose my kitchen and living room materials.Ps: If you’re looking for a good company to work with, please get in contact with them.

Larry and the guys were great. Tile came out great especially with a difficult sub floor to work with. (Very old and uneven). Very responsive, professional, timely and fair pricing. Highly recommend.
