Horrible experince at this store I received a gift card for Christmas thought it was 50 dollers but really it was 25 so I purchased 50 dollers worth of stuff but had to pay money back which I didn't have. So I told them to cancel the order and only bought a certain amount of items. I tried to scan my gift card again but now there was no money on the card their machine basically took all my money off the gift card and left it with a balance of zero when I never bought anything. So I tried to get them to refund me back my 25 dollars and after waiting for corporate they told me that they will refund me back my 25 dollars within 24 hours so I called customer service and they told me now I was going to have to wait 72 it has been past 72 hours and I still have not been refunded my money so I called customer services again and basically told me that it hasn't even been processed yet and that I do not have a complete answer wether or not I will be getting my money back bath and body works are complete ROBBERS Never shop at the Malbrough store again

Love love love bath n body works. Place is clean and smells amazing everytime i go there. I stock up on airfreshners, hand sanitizers, body lotion etc. My favorites are fairy tale, thousand wishes, butterfly ( new ), cherry blossom, french getaway, gingham love( newly recommended n i love it) the others are my go to favorites. When lucky you may catch a sale. I run out so couldn't wait for a sale. But got buy 3 get 1 free. ( the free is usually the lesser value, keep that in mind lol). I highly recommend. Sales ladies are knowledgeable n humble n respectful. I go to the solomon pond location

Not a great location. I mean it's like all the other Bath and Body Works stores in that they have all the same products, which I ? love. It's the staff... The girl at the door was delightful and helpful. But the cashier and the manager not so much. Eh!I won't stop buying Bath and Body Works ever....I just won't go to this location again.

They had Hand Sanitizer for 50 % percent off, I stocked up on the pocketbook ( mini Sanitzer ) they were regular price at $1.95 and the promo, for the day was 50% percent off which made them a grand total of 98 cents each, no lines, which was a little strange ?. Typically they usually have a limit of 20 - 25 per person, I thought personally that was insane amount for someone to have . The staff & workers were very pleasant & answered my questions and attentive! Got what I needed. This is a beautiful mall, it's so sad ? to see our malls in N. England to die , I'd love going to Outlets & Malls, it's not always the same to order all things on- line , I like to feel, touch , see the iteem , smell texture or try on the item. They didn't have a huge variety of hand sanitizers in general, but I did get some.
