I went to this location recently and felt extremely uncomfortable inside this bank. There were a lot of side conversations happening and lines at a stand still while bank tellers were having conversations with their friends apparently. I felt so out of place and had a hard time trying to communicate with any employees here. Maybe the tellers should learn all their customers languages instead of just one language that all of us do not know. I now drive almost twelve miles out of my way because they made me feel so uncomfortable here at this location.

Extremely busy location with huge lines for the drive thru ATM. Terrible drive-thru and parking design.

This Bank of America is small but usually not too crowded. There are 3 ATMs at this location: a drive-thru ATM, an outdoor ATM, and also an ATM inside.

1 teller and 3 other employees walking around and telling each guest that walked in the door that they need to wait in the long line. Waited over 45 min to make a cash deposit. That poor solo teller was doing the best he could but was failed by his team/managers.

long wait times1 teller but 3 other agents doing very little but walking around.2 weeks later- closed without ANY signage, phone recording, or website notification~ NOTHING.poorly supported branch,many branches closing without notice or any updated information, anywhere!with all the ways to communicate to customers, this is completely unacceptable.

Terrible location. Change hours without notifying anyone. Not even a sign on the door with new hours. As of recently its completely closed with nothing to let you know. Very disapppintwd with bofa. Would suggest anyone to go to a credit union where you will be treated better.

Very poorly managed; this branch gives BOA a bad name. Manager needs customer service training. Only one teller, with five people on staff. Two chit/chatting and trying to look busy, two working the desk and 5 people in line waiting. Some of the people are excellent employees too because I know them from the old Northborough branch which was properly managed.

It is lunchtime on a Friday, 6 staff on, only one is a teller. 4 are sitting at their desks while 4 people stand waiting for the one teller. Customer with teller needed additional assistance. I asked if someone could help out, was told "the teller will help you." terrible service.

ATM ate my cash recently, $840 to be exact! Need to update ATM’s ASAP! They are old/outdated, take forever to do a simple deposit!
