Dan and Brian and their staff are awesome, The repairs and service they do are done right and they do not try to push services on you that your vehicle doesn't need, unlike the dealerships.

I made an appointment and brought my car in for a brake inspection. Instead of doing the brake inspection, they did an oil change and a tire rotation against my knowledge, which my vehicle did not at all need. I had recently gotten an oil change and a tire rotation 1500 miles ago, and the oil was nowhere near dirty.Didn't do what I asked them to do, did a completely unnecessary service without contacting me first, and then charged me for it. Classic auto shop robbery, not a reputable place.

Booked an appointment and brought my car in for a brake inspection here. Instead of doing the brake inspection, they did an oil change and a tire rotation. My vehicle did not need either of these services, I recently had an oil change and a tire rotation 1500 miles ago, and the oil was not at all dirty. This shop didn't do what I brought it in for and did a completely unnecessary service instead against my knowledge. They charged/robbed me $124.72 for this, not at all a reputable place.

The best!As a parent of 2 20-year-old aged drivers and an owner of †gasp* 5 vehicles... I'm now in the business of "fleet management"! LOL!Dan and Brian have been there for my family now for 15 years on all my vehicles.When the wife breaks down while l'm out of town, the kids hear a strange noise or experience an engine light warning... I know I can trust these guys to find a solution to the problem every time.And….. what's best is that they find alternatives that save money. Every. Single. Time!Lastly, when I wanted to buy cars for my new teenage drivers, they helped us buy cars from other clients who were looking to sell used cars. First visit to B&B. Strongly recommend them. Brought my Avalon hybrid in for a regular maintenance. They contacted me to let me know that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. They then called to let me know they received the wrong component. So they just blew the old one out. No charge. Great job. Without any hesitation I scheduled my wife's car.
