“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.
Though it's sad to see my car is totaled at the end, I am still glad it's this group of people handled the last journey of her. Bye M4.”

“I went to expert auto repair to have my four new tires put on my 2003 Lincoln Town car and possibly an alignment, Mike took care of the tires and called me to tell me my alignment was good and didn't need it done.very honest man.asked if he would work on my pickup and he said bring it in,he put a muffler system on it fixed my ride height and adjusted all the cam bolts, put rear shocks in,he's amazing and my 24 year old truck is riding like a dream and is quiet as a church mouse!! And the price was really reasonable.ive never been more happy with a mechanic working on my vehicle than now.honesty, integrity, and explained everything before he did the work, five stars from me!!! “Gary is a cut-to-the-chase, truly honest mechanic. He's there to make sure your car is running properly and safely, not to make a quick buck. Gary will bend over backwards to find the right parts for your car and will give you realistic quotes and time frames for when your vehicle will be fixed. He's been working on my old, high mileage, foreign and domestic cars for the last 5 years and I'm very pleased. There's not much Gary can't do. Call ahead of time to make appointment-he has a small garage and he certainly gets busy.”

“I BROUGHT IN MY 2021 Ram 1500 after a horrible visit to the dealer over a cylinder misfire and some tail lights that had gone out. The dealer told me that my tail lights were led housings and needed total replacement at a cost of over 1000 dollars along with changing spark plugs and rings to try and resolve the cylinder misfire. Those repairs would cost 1200 on top of the tail lights and I was told might not solve the misfire issue. I decided to go to GL auto at my sisters advice and they fixed a pinhole exhaust leak which solved my engine misfires and determined that the tail lights were not Led and then replaced the bulbs to solve the light issue all for a hell of a lot less time and money. This is the place I will be bringing my cars from this point on. Thanks again!”

“I had a wonderful experience here. We were going have a long journey, before leaving we found the vehicle ‘ brake pump got some problems. It is during Labor Day, no shop open, only Joe take the phone call and help us found a tow truck driver,But since one of our friend help us to make the phone call, my husband and I misunderstanding the address, the vehicle was towed to the wrong place. Joe wait us four hours until off hour. When we realize the problem we had to wait the second day, he help us contact the tow truck again. He is very nice and patient and know what we need. He help us check all the systems and figure out the problem and what kind of parts need.During Labor Day there is no parts available, he knows how we are hurry to go, he drove to Boston to get the parts instead of waiting five days deliver.Finally we only need 2 hours to get the fixed car.
