WOW! Mark is so awesome! One of the pulleys on the brush head for my Hoover Onepwr had frozen up rendering the entire thing inoperable! A quick twist here, a tug there, and voilà mark had it working again! So incredibly thankful!

Great old-school repair shop and boy am I glad there are still places like this around! Shark does not do warranties or repairs (they prefer you just buy a new vacuum!) but Mark did a great job replacing a shot cord. Was a straight shooter on price and the timeline.
