I love the mall because it's not too big but there is plenty to choose from.Also, lots of places to sit and people watch or plug your device in and do a little work.

Just wanted to say that Josh, the store manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in solving my dilemma of losing all my contacts in my Iphone.After spending two hours on the phone with Verizon and Apple, no one could help me retrieve all my contacts.Josh took the time to troubleshoot the phone and he ended up finding where the contacts had mysteriously disappeared to. Thank Goodness for me he was able to get them all back on my phone.Thank you, Josh, for your patience and expertise!!

Will not come back to this store. Had issue with device that was 14 months old and expect me to buy a new one when I own at least 20 Apple items. Totally disappointed.

This is my story. My wife went to the store to get a new iPhone and was charged $900. But we found out after two days that I had paid for the phone twice. When we went into the store to speak with the manager, his name was Josh, he spoke to me in an unprofessional and tasteless manner. I asked him to look up the transactions that day, and when I waited 20 minutes. He came out and confirmed that you paid in one go, even though I had him see the bank app with the transaction. He asked me to wait tomorrow so he could talk to the finance department, like I was a liar. I then went through the bank and found that the money had returned to my bank account at the same time. The person did not handle the matter professionally, and he could have apologized, but he denied that this happened. I ask the administration to deal with this event, and I ask people to be careful not to let him do what he did to me.

My iPhone was having problems. They told me the screen was cracked. Replaced the screen and battery at great expense. A few weeks ago the phone was very briefly exposed to water. Not submerged. It is ruined. They claimed it wasn’t their fault as it was “fixed by a robot” ummm yeah but I bet the robot didn’t put new gasket/sealer in. I had to buy a new phone because they effed this one up and’s I used it for my business. Once I dropped a different iPhone or if my kayak, retrieved it I’d the bottom of the pond and it was fine.

Hello guys and all the great staff at the apple store in northborough Ma. I was just there troubleshooting my apple watch which has not worked properly since I got it in 2022. Anyway, i was there for few hours but despite the fact I was there while the following staff peeps were amazing, helpful, very knowledgeable, and willing to help.Jocelyn: greeted me at the door and followed up with me my entire visit. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Alex: marvelous kid, attentive, understood my frustration, helped me troubleshoot the problem, check in periodically w me to make sure i was taken care of.. very patient, willingly and most of all fixed the problem and was very supportive! Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Tyler: checked in in between make sure i was all set, helpful willing to help and engaging. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Again all the staff, managers who were on and all over the place helping many people at the store.. thank you. Again I was at the store for almost 4 hours triggering a watch device problem but As a “ apple customer ? “ i had confidence in your expertise and i was not disappointed. Thank you again.
