The car was returned in pristine condition!
While I did expect the outside would be washed/waxed, the attention to detail inside of the vehicle, was an added bonus for sure! The color was perfectly matched, as well.

After a car accident, I put off getting the majority of the back of my car repaired for months (thinking the process would be difficult and lengthy). I finally went to Apex Auto Center in Marlborough and the process was the exact opposite of what I had assumed it would be beforehand. The team at Apex was truly exceptional in all areas (especially communication, customer service, and efficiency). Each team member that I spoke with was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The team finished the repairs on my car a week ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to leave my vehicle looking better than I can ever remember it looking (both inside and out)! I would absolutely recommend Apex Auto Center for any and all auto repairs - after my fantastic experience, I won’t be going anywhere else! My experience far exceeded all of my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! To the team at Apex, thank you SO much!! ??

I got the rear bumper of my car replaced by Apex auto center, paid by the insurance. The work on the bumper itself is fine. However, when I picked up the car, I noticed that there was about 40 miles of extra driving record showing up on the car's odometer. I do not understand how it could happen since the car was supposed to be parking at Apex for the body work. It may be the result of a road test, but 40 miles seems too high for me. I also noticed that there were bug derbies on the windshield, which usually happens when driving in high speed during the night.

I brought my car in two weeks ago after an unfortunate collision, and I am so amazed by the work that was done to my car while it was here. They are great at what they do, and such nice people!! I recommend Apex Auto Body!

I had an awesome experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind to work with on my Dodge Ram it was incredible!!!!!! Not only did they fix the dent on my passenger side, the team sanded and repainted my bumper and detailed my car, making it look just like I just bought it. There are not enough compliments I can say but I can say I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Team went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend this to anyone for your auto body needs! Thank you so much!!????

My dad’s car was repaired here after an accident he had on the side of the truck. They went above and beyond the truck looks brand new now. They even did an interior detail on the vehicle and cleaned the exterior. The exterior detail made it look like the whole car was painted.

Apex did a fabulous job on my 2022 Silverado 1500. They not only provide exceptional repairs, but they also help with insurance claims and guide you through your loss. My Silverado now looks as new as it did before my car crash. 10/10.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service than what Apex provided. Not only did they fix the dent and any broken part, they cleaned the car as well inside and out. It practically looked new after the service. I was wowed. They exceeded expectations that I didn’t even have. Highly recommended.
