Absolute s*** show! I gave them 3 boiler suits to hem on a Wednesday, asked them if they did it in-house where the response was yes... I was wrong, boilers were sent to Fall River MA. 4 days later still no work done to the boilers. Arrive 5 days later when the store should be open, no one is there! If you want to feel like a second class citizen with 0 respect I recommend this place. Don't take my word for it take the 1.2 stars on yelp!

Do NOT bring your items here to be washed!!! I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned that was too large to wash in my home washer and when I picked it up and brought it home, I noticed it was COVERED in some kind of animal hair!!! I tried to contact the business to tell them what happened and the only option I was given, was to drop it off again. At this point, I was so disgusted and did not want to step foot in there again, let alone drop off my belongings there again. They stated they would contact the owner but then no one ever returned my call. Once I opened the comforter out of the bag, not only did I find more hair but it STUNK so bad!!!! I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Hours open at 8:30am, stopped by at 9:15 and still not open. Dropped off coat to be cleaned a week ago and when I stopped by to pick it up, they said could not be cleaned after I specifically asked when I dropped it off if it could. No calls or anything. Not a great experience.

I do not recommend this place for dry cleaning. They ruined my son's suit jacket and could not fix it. They would not replace it or reimburse me for what they did. I am without the suit jacket since it cant be worn and they refuse to make things right. Stay far away from this place. Not reliable!

They are never open during posted business hours. I have made 2 trips now to try and pick up my clothes and they have been closed both times.

Horrible. About every machine is out of order, and those that are not are broken in other ways. Highly recommend going someplace else.

Was given a gift certificate to have my Ugg boots cleaned last year. I held onto it until this year, and realized that 2 locations were no longer owned by them so I thought I better get to the last store and get them cleaned. I went by, and found that unfortunately, they no longer clean Uggs. The person working tried to get a hold of the owner, but he was away. I don't have any other need for the gift certificate, and told her this, as I don't really buy Dry Clean Only clothes. She offered to refund the GC, so that I could take them elsewhere. I was hoping she'd have been able to get in touch with the owner, to see if he'd possibly make an exception because they had JUST stopped taking in Uggs very recently, but she explained she doesn't know why they stopped, but they send them out, and the owner flies out a lot so she wasn't sure when she'd reach him and rather than make me wait she'd just refund it. I was afraid no other place took them, so she made a quick call, and found Bush takes them for $10 more. I took the refund and brought them to Bush (I'm STILL waiting for them to come in, as they send them out too, & when I didn't hear back 2 days after pick up date, I called & found they were picked up a week late. Luckily I called. Fingers crossed they come in this week, where I will leave review on their page). I was a little bummed they didn't take Ugg boots here anymore, but very happy with the service and prompt refund when they couldn't give the service my gift certificate was for. Thank you Mayhews.

They do not return phone calls about clothing that has gone missing. I have been Chasing them for several weeks regarding a silk dress that came back clean the incorrectly. They took it back to re-clean, and now the dress is missing, and no one will take responsibility for the missing garment.

If I could give this place less than 1 stars I would. First time here and not only did I get back someone else's article of clothing but I got back an expensive cardigan missing buttons with detergent stains all over it. Please do not bring your loved clothing here... I learned hard way. they are impossible to reach to settle things and didn't even apologize for wrongdoing.

I spilled a drop of laundry detergent on my brand new Uggs that I got for christmas, so my husband dropped them off at Mayhews to be cleaned. 2 weeks later I go to pick them up, and they are ripped. I leave them there, because the employee said that Matt would call me so we can figure out what to do. A few weeks go by, I called the store because Matt never called me. Spoke to another employee there, she told me that either she would call me or Matt would call me. About a week and a half later she called me, saying that my UGGS had been repaired. I go to pick them up, and what a hack job they did repairing them. You can clearly see the stitching. I leave them there and asked that Matt please call me. To this day I have yet to hear from Matt and my uggs are still there. I called last weekend and asked the new employee to ask Matt to call me, and here is how I want this situation corrected. 1. I want my money back for having my uggs cleaned, and 2. I'd like a new pair, since they ruined them. I've yet to hear from Matt. Is he a real person? My next step is calling an attorney. This is crazy you can't even get a problem corrected.

Never opens on time. Consistently opens late ! Too bad because it is close to my house and would use them more often...Had to find somewhere else to do business as they NEVER OPEN ON TIME Bad work ethic !

This location is convenient to my house, but after this week, I'm finding a new place. I say "after this week" because I've tried three times to pick up my dry cleaning, and all three times they have not been open. Two of those times were during their stated operating hours, and the third time was when they were closed (granted, it is a handwritten sign on the door that says they're closed on Wednesdays - my bad). I'll try for the fourth time tomorrow, and once I get my clothes back, I'm going elsewhere. When I vented about this on FB, I heard tons of stories from friends who have had similar experiences of this location not being open when they say they will be, and of unfriendly employees. Look elsewhere.
