Very pleased with my experience at Hiller. I called to set up an appointment for a tire rotation and brake inspection. They worked with my busy schedule and found a good day for the appointment. When I arrived to my appointment they listened to my concerns and promptly addressed them which resulted in needing a brake service. From time of drop off to picking up my car it was less than two hours. At the Jeep dealer I bought my car at it would have taken them over a day even with reassurance it would take only two hours. I am very pleased with how efficient Hiller runs. Definitely will be coming back for future services.

I searched the internet for a replacement for a fairly new Dodge Ram that, unfortunately was totaled in an accident. I found a new 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn at Hiller. Ok, a little far from where we live but as we later found out, it was worth the trip. We made an appointment with Jenny to come see the Ram we had found. She was very nice and pleasant to talk with. When we went down to talk to Jenny it was like we had know her for years. It was more like a social visit than a business visit. She help answer all the questions that we had and when we went outside to look at the Ram, Jenny went over every inch of it, inside and out. We were profoundly pleased with her knowledge and experience. We have dealt with many dealers and salespeople over the years and our experience with Hiller and Jenny was second to none! Needless to say, we bought the vehicle. The whole process went smooth as can be. I would also like to say that Nancy, in the finance office as helpful as possible. She even arrainged to call the dealer where we bought out last vehicle from, to get us a refund on the extended warranty that we had purchased. I would recommend Hiller, and especially Jenny, to anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram!!

Unfortunately very unpleasant experience! I needed a radio replacement, both Jeff and David from "service team" couldn't get it straight for three and half weeks, lack of communication and updates, excuse after excuse, zero effort on their end, I had enough of it. My final talk was with (I believe) "service manager" Steven who seemed to care less, I could even hear them on the phone laughing which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful...Way to go! Initially seemed ok based on high rate reviews but based on my experience I would never recommend this place for service!

The sales process was great - highly recommended! But Service? They overlooked a minor item when I brought it in for multiple warranty items. When their robocall followed up, I asked to speak with a rep, but they couldn't make that happen. A couple weeks later, I gut another follow-up satisfaction survey, and - well, at that point I was not satisfied ;) The Manager quickly got, had me back to have the minor item resolved, and then charged me a punitive amount. I can only assume I was being punished for being honest on the survey. I don't think I will be going back to that department.

Me and my wife have just purchased 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Hiller Company and could not be happier with the purchase! Jeff took care of everything from a-z, promptly responded to all our questions and provided level of service one can only dream of. This was the best car buying experience of our lives with zero stress! Price was far below what anyone else has offered and we were treated not like just another buyer, but like family. I wasnt supposed to be here today, but I was...The service team at Hiller is so great! I had an issue where my jeep would not shut off and I was panicking expecting an overheat, or worse on this hot day in September.I called and spoke to someone who was super helpful - even though he said "no promises" to me about being able to fix the issue same day.Well, the issue is REPAIRED and they were very communicative with the reality of what I was facing regarding potential non-repair since I am not from the area. I'm from central MA, about an hour away. "I got a guy" in my area...They set the expectation, gave me play by play info, including rates by the hour and the unknown possibility if they have to trace every electrical module to diagnose a part. Yay, electricity in vehicles in the Northeast!!!Manufacturers are crazy ?In any case, I have never had such treatment and straightforward speak from a service department-dealership, or otherwise!Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!I will absolutely buy my next vehicle here and recommend their high customer experience and service to all.This is my vacation. I had to fix my stupid car. In the words of Dante from Clerks, "I'm not supposed to be here today!" I'm glad that I was ❤️

My 2011 jeep grand cherokee went into the shop a week ago. They fixed it and charged me 600 dollars to fix my air conditioning. I got it the next day and it was not fixed. I brought it back and now they are charging me another 200. This place is awful and I will never see their ugly faces again.

I had a awful experience with the parts department the person on the phone was so annoyed by us asking for a simple part to be mailed to my address, they hung up the phone and when I tried to call back no one would answer

After having a very bad experience at another dealership I contacted Hiller and was put in touch with Sony, I told her I was interested in a specific vehicle I saw on their website. She was able to get me a great deal, and everything was done primarily over the phone in one day. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and transfer my belongings out of my former Jeep and into my new and I was driving off the lot that day. She even took the time to sit with me and go over any questions about how to use the various features on my new Jeep. Sony and the finance manager were very easy going, honest and not pushy at all. I’ve purchased many cars and this was the most enjoyable experience by far!
