All the employees here are so helpful and knowledgeable. Nice small town vibe. So nice to be greeted by my name. That makes me feel like a valued client. I never have a long wait when I bank here. An added bonus to me is the fact that (to my knowledge) the tellers are all female !

I opened my account at this location, and so far i haven't had an experience here any less than amazing! Everybody is friendly and inviting, nobody talks like robots as though they've got memorized lines to read to you. You walk in, and you either hear something along the lines of "We'll be right with you hun," or "I can help you out over here, how's it going sir?" Their upgraded online and mobile services are outstanding now as well, and there is really something to be said about that for a small bank like Eastern! I highly recommend Eastern Bank, this location in particular.

I have been banking with this location since 1988. In those days it was Plymouth Savings... Now it's Eastern. Either way....I wouldn't bank ANYWHERE else! PERIOD! I have banked at many different institutions...and there is NO question.... ABSOLUTELY...."THE BEST"! AND....beyond friendly and helpful. You just don't find this kind of "care for the clients" in any other bank I have been to. Hats off to all....and MANY THANKS for being..."THE BEST"!
