We used Burr Brothers Boats for several years to maintain and store our 39’ Beneteau sailboat. During this time, I was confident that our boat was safe and reliable. We had many enhancements added as well. The biggest issue is getting work scheduled since they are so busy.When it came time to sell our boat, the fact that it had been maintained by BBB was a strong selling point. The boat inspector for the buyers of our boat kept commenting on the high quality of work and attributing it to Burr Brothers. The inspector also commented “Burr Brothers is probably the best boat yard on the east coast” and went through a list of other popular northeast yards that are not as good in his opinion.Services: Boat cleaning

This is a high-class family run business. The employees, quality of work and customer service are really good. Unlike other boat yards in the area the turnover is very low. The same guys work on my boat year after year - a real plus. Mark Gillum is our Customer Service Rep. He’s fantastic.There is no better yard on the South Coast.Services: Tune-ups

Best boat service experience ever. This is a one stop, full service shop. They have all the facilities, machinery and experts to handle any power or sailing vessel up to at least 100ft, if not more.Came in with a Hanse 415 where the sail drive was not bringing in enough raw water. They diagnosed the problem and offered a solution within 24 hours. I had emailed ahead by a few days and they were incredibly responsive and able to squeeze some passing sailors in on short notice.Was great to chat and watch them work, they clearly go above and beyond and have been doing this for decades. While they fixed the main issue, they were able to knock out a few minor lingering issues in parallel as a bonus.Back on the water at full strength with a few enhancements to boot, thanks to everyone at Burr Bros!

Not sure if this place needs reviews as they are quite busy. That being said unless you know someone there or I assume give up your firstborn don't expect to get a call back or any help. Boatyards are built on relationships and unless you have an existing one, they're not interested in helping. Wondering what's going to happen when the local boomer generation dies off? Obviously my money is no good there.

I called and asked if they had a part for my sunfish. One word response: no. I said, “ok, could you order that?” Another one word response: “no.” Probably the least helpful customer service interaction I’ve ever had. There are better businesses in the area that provide these services…

Cant say enough about Burr Brothers Marina....Mark Gulliam was excellent with handling our requests great customer service skills, service departments workmanship was excellent with everything that they did.... Will give 6 stars if we could! We had some electrical issues and worried it might cause fire. Called a dozen places no one had the capacity or cared. Kevin at Burr understood our issues immediately and said he could send his electrician to take a look. They met us 5 minutes after we arrived and fixed everything within two days! Had to wait a day for parts to arrive. So far it is definitely our best experience with the marine services industry! Highly recommended!
