“I had them look at my 2016 Mazda6. Dropped it off at 8AM. By noon they had called me to confirm what I suspected was the issue (damaged wheel bearing), and asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. By 3PM they called again to let me know the car was ready. I did not think my car would be back on the road the same day so I was extremely surprised and pleased. The cost of the diagnostic and repair was very reasonable in my opinion at $150 total for labor.”

“I was made aware of this place because of a AAA call for a dead battery. The tow driver (Cody) was amazing. Took the time to check my battery even though I had called for and fully expected a tow. Instead, he ran a few tests, determined that the battery I had been sold by the dealership was bad and still under warranty, jumped the battery, and advised me to get to the dealership to get a free battery replacement. Saved me money and turned out to be much less than what the dealership was scaring me into over the phone when they insisted it was more than the battery. Fast forward and now I've been dealing with a check engine light and a problem with the gas tank shut off coming on immediately when fueling. Chris got my car in and was so helpful. He listened carefully and made sure to have everything that I was concerned about looked into. The mechanic, Gary, came back with a diagnostic, which unfortunately they can't resolve at the shop, but also checked on a break noise for me by taking the car for a drive. Turned out to be rust and nothing serious. They spent their valuable time looking at my car and giving me some honest advice for next steps... and didn't charge me a penny. Dealerships always try to rip you off, but not New Beverly Auto Clinic. If they could do the needed repair, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.”

“When my tire blew out on the interstate, I was lucky enough to catch one of the trucks picking up another car and asked for help. Their service was quick and affordable, and the people I spoke to were super nice. I had just come from the grocery store, so time was of the essence. “My grandson's car got a flat and he called me for help. I called Fleming's Tow Service. and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. They towed it to Town Fair Tire in Salem. The driver, Matt, was great. He walked me through the whole process and made it easy. He is a credit to the company. After the negative reviews on Yelp, I was a little nervous, but Matt was great.
