“The woman Sonya at this Fed Ex store was so nice and went way beyond out of her way to help me, I'm not that good on using smart phones, which I needed to upload a scan thingy from my email and she had no problem on walking me thru the steps I had to take to get my items returned. I thought for sure my packages weren't going to be returned cause I had no idea how to do it but she had no problem helping, you don't get that kind of help like she did at anyplace anymore..nice and friendly place and people.”

“It's a pleasure to go into the Nahant United States Post Office. It's an extra small seacoast town and the post office gives you the feeling of years gone by. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to please and go the extra mile. This is a full-service post office. Parking is on street only but there's never more than one or two people in the post office at any given time. If you live in the surrounding town and the post office line is long take a nice enjoyable ride to Nahant and used this branch it will make for a pleasurable experience. I Give the US Post Office a Solid 5 Stars”

“I always use FedEx to send gifts to my grandchildren. And I always use Pack and Ship. So easy. I bring bags of wrapped presents. They pack them and I'm done. It costs more, but it's for the grandkids so I don't care. It makes their gifts more special being delivered by FedEx instead of the mail. Oh, everything goes Ground. I'm in Massachusetts, packages get to Vermont the next day; Ohio and Virginia take 2 days. Beat that.”

“Used the Staples Studio office space during a multi-day power outage. It was incredible, what a wonderful experience. Kenny, the manager, was very accommodating and around to answer any questions. It’s a very comfortable, quiet and professional atmosphere. High speed internet, printers, faxes, stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee. As far as I know, space can be rented long or short term as needed. Looking forward to my next power outage!”

“There are staff who can speak Japanese. I made the package to Japan and completed the shipping procedures. I made a reservation over the phone to bring it in, but unbelievably, it seems that even on weekdays, the time when the procedure can be carried out is determined by the availability of the person in charge, so 3pm on Friday was supposed to be within the scheduled time, but it was just about safe. . Also, the traffic around Boston was murderous and the drive back to Rhode Island was exhausting.After that, you should be careful to get an entry stamp after passing through the automated gate when returning home. You will need it for the baggage claim procedure.”

“The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”
