The store has terrible customer service they apparently do not accept non- Massachusetts IDs even real identification that are scannable.

This place is horrible from selling all kinds of smoking pipes ect in back of a school to these crooks short changing you and giving you what the want back... Place doesn't belong in a town like Marblehead!!!!!!!

Dreadful. Harshly lit, and beyond stuffy - does not seem to run heat or AC. No prices on products. More security cameras than you'd find in a bank - for what? To protect the Hostess Fruit Pies? Worst of all is the owner. Stares at you when you walk in, no greeting. Tracks you around the store as if you are on the FBI most-wanted list. When you put the item you want to buy on the counter, he scans it and says nothing. When you give him the money he says nothing. Simply a miserable person. Go to the other markets in town where the employees and owners work hard and value their customers.

I've been a loyal customer of this establishment for over 15 years and the cashier has not once said a word to me. Superb service.
