This is a wonderful laundry service. We are older and the thought of going down 3 flights of stairs to do our laundry was daunting and probably dangerous. Finding R& B has been an easy, efficient answer. Bruce picks up our laundry weekly... we put it outside our apartment door in the early morning and it comes back clean and professionally folded in the same afternoon... right outside our door! Thank you Rosa and Bruce.

I tried them for a few months and my experience was inconsistent. Scheduled pick ups were late or never happened. The most aggravating thing was trying to get a time frame when the pick ups or drop offs would happen. Rosa was really nice but there seemed to be no coordination between her and the person doing the pick-ups. All that said, the laundry when I received it was nicely done and folded perfectly. This just wasn't a laundry service that worked for me.

Well since Rosa sold this place, the new owners are terrible. Service has gone down in a major way. Terrible communication and lack of professionalism. They’ve even dropped my laundry off at the wrong address on multiple occasions. Since then I’ve made the switch to Sudshare which is 10 times better than this, and way cheaper. I do not recommend R&B to anyone, new owners are not trustworthy.

I've never seen their equal. Great work , they never lose anything . The man who does the delivery is very nice and accommodating . I can't think of a way to improve them

The best! Rosa is so kind and they have great prices. Just leave your clothes outside in the morning and they drop it off to you the next day or even the same day! The clothes are always folded perfectly and smell amazing. It is easy to get in touch with Rosa through calling or texting to schedule a pickup. So convenient and amazing service!

I’ve gotten very behind on my laundry between my two kids, myself and my husband. I’m also pregnant and lazy at this point. I googled Laundry services and viewed several. R & B had the BEST reviews. I called Rosa to inquire and she got back to me right away. She is the nicest woman! They really cater to your needs, right down to what detergent you prefer, and if you would like softener or not. I had so much laundry, and I was shocked at the price! Affordable for me! Her husband Bruce dropped my laundry off to me this morning. My clothes look and smell amazing. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Rosa, Bruce and team for such a great experience!Service: Delivery

I recently moved to Marblehead and was lugging a duffle bag and detergent to the laundromat. That got old very quickly! I contacted R&B and it has turned into one of the best things money can buy. I love it! Clothes come back folded perfectly. I don’t know how they do it but it’s awesome.

Seriously? One review (of course it's 5 stars!). Can I choose more than 5 Stars??? I would! Do you want to be thrilled when you get home from a long day? This afternoon as I approached my house I saw my incredibly clean, perfectly folded and bagged up laundry....I think I cried a little! If I slept in a washer/dryer I would still use R&B. Why would you not?? Rosa and crew are not only unbelievable at what they do, but damn if they don't deliver on the customer experience. These guys are top notch service providers, great value for the money, and really long on delivering a fantastic experience. Easy to deal with, efficient, etc. I keep a list of S.W.A.T. team companies I have ever dealt with.. guess who's on that list? R & B Wash and Fold! I do not write this type of review unless I really mean it. Love you Rosa! Keep doing what you are doing. You are an American Hero!

R&B is one of the most convenient and cost effective services you could hope to find. Right here in Marblehead! Rosa and Bruce are delightful and do an an amazing job with your landry. You text Bruce in the a.m. he arrives at your door for pick up...and delivers in the afternoon. Everything is beautifully cleaned and folded to perfection. Thisis a total luxury for a very reasonabl price. Don't hesitae. Just do it. With confidence!!!

I called Rosa yesterday for service. She explained her rates. And how she works. She arrived at my house at 7:30am and took 8 bags of clothes. (I have five kids 11 down to 6mos - don’t judge) She brought them back with even the socks (as much as possible) matched and folded together. I swear by the looks of these beautiful bags on my kitchen table, that she even separated the boys from the girls and the adults... She is a mom of 5 too- I’m slightly ashamed of my own failings, but equally amazed by her ability to run this kind of business! I will definitely use her again... because let’s face it- we live in New England, and we can go through four seasons in a day, and kids like to change clothes so much. I would recommend her 100 stars if I could. Thank you SO much Rosa, you are a lifesaver, a laundry fairy, and a true blessing to this overwhelmed mama.
