“I came here to get a few items -bananas, blueberries, OJ, greek yogurt and broccoli. It is a large store and everything is well marked. I was able to find everything I was looking for. I did the self check out and when the blueberries rang up the wrong price, I asked the employee who told me to put in my Stop and Shop # (which she ended up doing). So I was able to get the discount! Also, please note that if you use a paper bag from the store, you need to pay 10 cents per bag (I didn't have a reusable bag with me). Just a word to the wise! They do have kosher and organic foods as well by the way!”

“This past weekend I spent the afternoon in the ER with a family member and the attending physician prescribed 2 medications through our local Walgreens on Elliott St. I arrived at the pharmacy shortly after closing. Pam, a pharmacist, and Kelvin at the checkout went above and beyond to meet our needs.”

“As a first responder, I was able to make a reservation to receive the Covid vaccine. I will say that they did this well! The organization process of checking in, where to wait, a temperature pre-check, injection and post-injection wait time was well thought out! Staff was very friendly and ensured that patients a were updated or cared for. Great experience overall!”

“I rarely feel the need to review a drugstore, notably one that's a chain. However, I visit this location often, and given the low star rating here, I felt compelled to give my input. ;) I shop at this specific location due to the fact it's opened 24hrs. You can never predict when an emergency will arise! For a majority of time, nearly 90 percent average, I've had nothing but great interactions. With most visits, it may not be immediate as I'm entering, but someone along the way will manage to greet me, including asking if I need any assistance. I have encountered a few instances where I observed one of the employees following me like I was a criminal. Just 'cause my indecisiveness has me hovering over a product doesn't mean I'm plotting on running out the door with it.. Anyways, this one woman I frequently come across at the register has always treated me with great kindness and patience, particularly during times I decide to whip out my coupons. She and a few others have never made it feel awkward or embarrassing to shop with coupons. And yes, other CVS locations will give you that disdainful grimace! You're applauded for savings here. :) I find the store organized to some extent. There are items I always find out of stock, specifically face/skincare and body products and occasional household items. I'm not sure if they do this on purpose, but if something is advertised on sale in the catalog, shouldn't they have it on the shelf? What's the point if I can't even purchase it? I have yet to use the pharmacy as I have a preferred one closer to work, so I definitely can't comment on that department. I absolutely loathe the parking lot entrance. Who in their right mind created that stupid steep hump?!? It always scratches my car! I can hear it scraping each time, and it's unavoidable! How ridiculous! Someone, Please fix this!!!”

“This store has done a lot to increase the variety of produce, cheeses, specialty items as well as organic and hard to find items. There are bargain opportunities also. The staff is helpful, diverse and friendly. The store is a hidden community gem.”

“I'm very impressed with the employees at this location. I've been coming here for quite a few years now and have noticed the incredible improvement all around. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional. You really don't see this type of professionalism anywhere anymore and it's unfortunate. Keep doing what your doing!”

“I went to this Walgreens today and let me just say...I WILL be back!! I'm a Home Health Aid and take care of a woman with Dementia and memory issues. Shopping usually tends to be a battle with impulse grabs and wanting everything in sight. A treat ever now and again is fine however having memory issues buying multiple quantities is not encourage as they are used immediately especially candy bars. Alex, the cashier was WONDERFUL! I was able to push an item to him and shake my head and like he knew what I meant! It saved us from overbuying and the client getting upset with me! I felt compelled to stop back after my shift with the client and thank him personally!! It made my day! THANK YOU ALEX!!”

“I travel 2 mile farther to go to Middleton , The Danvers CVS is good but always too crowded. I have transferred my prescriptions there because everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Ray the manager. He often helps me with the confusion of the cvs coupons Because of covit 19 and because I am high risk I have not been able to come in, I have my prescriptions mailed or go to the drive through, again the people are great ! I do wish there was curbside pick up because I only do curbside or delivery I am not happy with CVS.com”

“I'm only giving 4 stars because I'm a believer that there is ALWAYS room for improvement. With that said, I recently moved to Danvers and switched from one Walgreens to the High Street Walgreens, and I find that the people working here in Danvers are very friendly, helpful, and nice. It is a MUCH BETTER store then the Gloucester Location I left. Keep up the good work Danvers High Street”

“Stopped by to do some food shopping since target has lines lately. It's like a competition of market basket now! Anyways! I came in, there was no lines outside and it's not crowded inside too! Food selection is good and it doesn't seem to be depleted as of the moment I went there. Got everything I needed so far and paid. The lines for the cashier wasn't that crazy either. Some people bought a few stuff but I chose to go to the self service just to avoid waiting. I got out of there in less than an hour.”
