I engaged Coldwell Banker Realty in Marblehead to sell my previous home. I worked with Elizabeth Carlson who sold my previous home for the asking price within a week of putting it on the market. Liz advised me in the staging of the house, where to spend money on items and tasks that increased curb appeal and where not to. And I'm glad that I listened to her.Liz brought an incredible amount of experience in the Real Estate business to the table. That saved me a couple of times from accepting unnecessary risks as well as taking advantage of opportunities that I would have missed otherwise.Liz is very knowledgeable on questions around houses, municipal policies, as well as legal and financial issues. Liz was able to engage other resources from the Marblehead Office or from outside on short notice for their expertise if she was not comfortable advising me on certain issues herself. This was a benefit of Liz being well connected within and outside of her office.Liz is a skilled negotiator and her demeanor was very professional and firm but also kind and patient at all times. She returned my calls and text timely and took ownership of open issues and kept me looped in on the progress.I felt that Liz had my best interest in mind at all times. She didn't push me in any direction but pointed out the possible risks, benefits and consequences of my decisions.I trust Liz and I engaged her again to represent me in buying a new home. She is a true professional in her field and I highly recommend her without any hesitation.
