I have been visiting Carmen for years now and have not had anything but perfect. I had a ring that just would not keep losing stones and Carmen correct this problem. He is such a doll. He is just nothing but a professional, friendly, kind , etc.

My watch needed a bracelet fix and Carmen was able to do it right there on the spot. I have Covid and asked my daughter to bring the watch to him. He refused to take payment. I am sure he can’t always do that but maybe it’s because I’m sick. Whatever the reason, this is why I shop local and recommend Carmen’s Jewelry!!! Thank you!!

Cool shop but owner was berating someone who worked for him as soon as we came in. He was extremely rude and mocked the jewelry we wanted to trade in. Better choice is R&J Coins over in Salem. They were extremely friendly and treated us with respect.

I absolutely had a fantastic experience creating a custom ring @ Carmen's! Katie and Carmen are an amazing team from designing to creation. I spent a few years looking for ideas, having conversations to design a ring using a couple of exisitng stones. Within a few meetings with Katie, she created what I consider a gorgeous piece of jewelry. Amazing expereince from start to finish. I love-love my new ring. I highly recommend Carmen's -- you will be so thankful.

Was extremely helpful by helping me get my watch battery replaced while maintaining social distancing. No other shop would help me because of COVID-19 but Carmen figured out a way to let me drop off my watch and pick it up without ever actually seeing each other face to face.

Excellent service, limited hours but wonderful craftsmanship and customer service. I applaud this local business, that I just recently discovered, for how they are uniquely service oriented, and a breath of fresh air in the present consumer markets.

Had a beautiful ring from which I lost the diamond. They came up with a wonderful solution (I didn't want to replace the diamond) putting in a new setting with a blue sapphire. Was done quickly and expertly and I am so happy with the outcome!
