Went to bobbles and lace for my first time and Kate was an absolute Gem! She picked out a few outfits for me to try on that I absolutely loved! Her customer service was amazing this company is very lucky to have her! All in all great experience highly Recommend!

Amazing experience working with Aurora. Needed a dress for a wedding ASAP and she found exactly what I wanted along with shoes, coat and jewlery. I have some pretty extreme body issues due to cancer and she found a solution that worked perfectly. Can not say enough about this adorable boutique and sales staff. Prices are completely affordable. Wish I had one near me that comes complete with Aurora. ❤️

Tachou is the absolute best! She spent so much time helping me and my girls. I absolutely loved everything I got, and at an amazing price! Bobbles and lace makes me and everyone feel like a princess! 10/10

I absolutely love this store! At first glance, you think there isn't anything here you would wear but as you slowly dissect the goods, you can always find an item or two to try on. I also need to come here with my gal pals because then we all try on items and help each other out. Such cute jeans, purses, tops, costume jewelry and more! They do have a few locations so you can aways go to those or order on line. I also love the sayings that they have around the store- makes you chuckle as you peruse the items!! Hoping to be back again so I can try on this off the shoulder dress I found as well as black jeans!

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a shirt from the Marblehead location not even 24 hours ago and the front is all frayed only from my bag hanging over me. I showed up with my receipt asking to return, if a return wasn't possible I would gladly do store credit. The girl told me I was out of luck, they don't do returns and they will not give me store credit. I've never seen such TERRIBLE customer service in my LIFE and will never be shopping with them again, which is unfortunate seeing as how I been shopping there for a long time and have spent a lot of money there. ALSO going to tell everyone in Saratoga not to shop there when there new location is about to open so they don't have to deal with what I went through.

Good clothing but not impressed with the service. The sale associative sold my friend and I the same dress knowing we were going to the same wedding. I mean come on, at least mention it that a girl came in an hour earlier and bought the same dress for the same wedding.

HORRIBLE tactics to get you to buy and get stuck with sub quality products. The staff was very aware I was on the fence about a dress for a a wedding. They did not tell me there were no returns OR exchanges after 14 days. Obviously they don’t believe in their own products or that wouldn’t be the case. Would NEVER shop there again.

I left the store crying... i would not recommend to anyone over a size small. i felt so unwelcome, employee hardly paid any attention to me and spent all their time telling everyone else how amazing they looked. i tried on one thing and immediately was met by dirty looks when i stepped out of the changing room. i have never felt so horrible about a experience. i never usually write bad reviews but this time i have to.UPDATEeven tho my initial experience in the store after emailing with kelsey i felt much more at ease knowing the issue would not be ignored, and that it would be addressed. very responsive and kind customer service after the fact.

I travelled to Boston last year with friends and ABSOLUTELY fell in love with Bobbles & Lace. So much so, that as a Philly native, I have been shopping ever since. I just message a stylist whenever I want to buy anything, or I shop online! So easy and keeps my Bobbles addiction going :) Best boutique I have ever been to!!!

I don’t normally shop here, but I’ve been recently following their Instagram page and the girls seem so friendly and helpful to get you the outfit of your dreams. I walked in and let and behold Syndney was absolutely amazing. I told her I needed some outfits for my bachelorette and honeymoon. She was so patient, made me feel so comfortable I will be coming back because of her!

I have stopped in both of my visits to Marblehead and throughly enjoyed the store. The staff (one gal in particular, store manager maybe?) is super friendly and genuine. She is helpful yet not too pushy, making it feel like you’re shopping with a friend rather than a salesperson. They even had a tarot card reader and sips one weekend! Definitely worth stopping in and seeing for yourself.
