I went to the Mansfield, Ma store yesterday to look into possibly buying a new computer printer. I received phenomenal service from 2 different associates. I wish I had there names to acknowledge them. It was such a pleasure to get outstanding service which is a very rare today.

The associate in the shipping department was very helpful, friendly and polite. She was a pleasure to work with. The entire process was efficient and stress free. I very much enjoy shopping at the Mansfield Staples. Very professional staff.

Staples in Mansfield has an unbelievable Printing department! What sets them apart is the superstars they have on staff.Becky leads the dream team and there are so many great techs including Cecilia, Melissa, Missy, & Anna. (There are more staff and I'm not sure of all their names)They are always very professional in manner and go "above and beyond" to make sure the orders are correct. Most are very tech savvy with an excellent attention to detail. I'm so thankful they get everything for the business done-I never have to worry about

Recently had an issue with two gaming chairs and the square trade insurance I bought for them back in 2018/19. Scott the manager is awesome and took care of everything. I'm now a Staples customer for life and highly recommend the Mansfield MA. location!

They'll have what you need, but the staff, for the most part, with exception to one gentlemen (cashier), could give a damn about helping you. You could ask the location of a product, and they just want to get rid of you, it feels like. They can be seen over by the printer area socializing instead. I'm an Author. I'm at this location often... looking for an alternative. 3 Stars for convenience and cleanliness.

This is a great Staples. I frequently use the shipping services and sign shop and the employees are very helpful. It doesn't always feel like some big box store that doesn't care. It has more of a local business feel.
