“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”
“If you desire great looking photos I highly recommend Printworks in Walpole. We typically go to CVS for convenience but the photos are horrible compared to what I just received at Printworks. I have found my local print shop and will be coming back whenever I need photos. Thanks Cheryl!”

Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning. “My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “I brought in several Amazon returns. There was a problem with the return QR codes and whether or not my items should be customer packed or unpacked. The guy who was helping me took the time to figure out how we could cram everything into one box and got the return processed so I wouldn't have to deal with Amazon. His help saved me a return trip; very much appreciated the good customer service.”
“They are very efficient, moving the line quite fast especially when the line is long with people just doing simple returns. And they always have multiple people at the registers to achieve that speed -- most notably around holidays.”
