Eric Moreno out of Caldwell, IN sold me three knives. She sent them in a USPS envelope and the package arrived "empty content" by USPS. She filed a claim and was paid by USPS but refuses to refund me. She does not reply to messages. She is just keeping my money.

My biggest regret is buying products from this company, or worse yet, getting these products as a gift. My mother hosted a party to get my wife and I cookware for our new home. The hostess informed us that the products are under a lifetime warranty and any issues we have can easily be handled by the company.Some of the non stick coating is having issues and I am trying to get the item replaced and it has been nothing but a terror. They are covering it under a replacement but this has been nothing but terrible since I started.The second issue I have is that since I received this as a gift I didn't have the order number or product number and the product is no longer on their website so I can't find that to provide them with. After a week of emailing back and forth I was finally able to send in my product to see what they can do for me. I payed the money and sent the pot out and then got an email a week later that they couldn't process my request and I have to call them. I called and waited on hole for over an hour and at that time the woman I spoke with, who was very hard to understand being that english was her second language but we got through it, stated she was going to escalate my case to someone and I would hear back in 24-48 hours.I never heard back from them after a week so I called them again, 2 hours on hold. The phone was answered in Spanish so I asked if he spoke english and he does, but it is very broken english. The gentleman was kind and I appreciate his help but the call was nearly 3 hours long when said and done just simply because we were talking in circles. At the end of the call he informs me I have a credit and I will need to get with a local Host or Hostess and they will assist me in finding a product, I will have to CALL BACK and then they can place the order for me..... so more time on hold. At this point it is almost more worth just trying to sell the pots I have and spend my money elsewhere because I have already spent over 5 hours of my life just trying to figure out why they were holding my pot hostage.TLDR: Don't buy from this company, they made me send pot in the mail, then they wouldn't send back my pot but they wouldn't tell me why, now I need to find a dealer to help me pick out new pot for them to mail me.

Awful customer service. I was on hold for an hour and 5 minutes. The hold message says you can email them, but when I emailed them they respond saying they won’t respond to your email for 24-48 hours. So I stayed in hold. When the representative answered he was speaking in Spanish. I asked if he spoke English and he said yes but then couldn’t help me and needed to transfer me to his supervisor. Then the supervisor told me he couldn’t talk to me and he would call me back in 24 hours. He didn’t even care that I was on hold for an hour and 5 minutes.

I currently work for this company in direct sales and love it! I have been on several chores of the Home Office and each time they get better and better and are so much fun.
