I bring my pom chi here for grooming because he's nasty when i try doing it myself, and meghan is truly the pom chi whisperer!!! always a pleasant surprise when i pick him up and hear he was a good boy. meghan truly cares!

I went into petco thinking could help the food my cat was prescribed by doctor they have the food on the shelf mind take up to them they won't sell it to me my cat was hungry he has no food terrible service could not even work me and about spend seventy dollars this place awful! Would not recommend this place to anyone

I love this store and everyone working in there. They make our experience a delight. They take care of the dogs/peta like it’s their own. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and my dog love them and the attention hehe

I made an appointment for 1:30pm on 8/14and THEY called me on 8/11 to come at 1:45pm instead. Suddenly they have no recollection of that call and my appointment was already void for being late even though they told me to come at 1:45. Lady on the phone was completely dismissive of me and didn't want to understand or even try to accommodate for a miscommunication on THEIR END!

***Vetco**** Terrible! Took my puppy there for shots because my local vet could not get him in. He had his 3 5-1 distempered and went in for his last one which my husband had brought him to and they decided to give the 6-1 which I had repeatedly said no to 3 times before! Now he needs ANOTHER shot to finish that series! I called and they said my husband "okay'd" it. I told him he was going for his last distemper which it should have been. They are dishonest and money hungry! Why would we want to start it on the last one?? Nope! Never again!

Save yourself the trouble and take your pet to another place. The staff are so rude and do not care for the pets at all. They also mess up the appointments very easily and don’t even show the courtesy of taking responsibility and fixing the mistakes on their end. Lisa had our dog and she was very mean. I cannot believe someone with such poor ethics would choose this line of business. Never coming back here.

Worst service ever. Very irresponsible. We booked an appt a week ahead for a full grooming for our dog. Confirmed the appt through txt. Drove 30 mins to come to the appt and Lisa who booked the appt for us originally told us that the appt is only booked for nail trimming and she does not have time to do the full grooming!! They do not care about your time and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Will never come to this Petco again. Very disappointed.

THIS IS FOR THE VETCO: Amazing service and availability. This Mansfield location is great! I brought a stray cat in for a check and I was blown away. I recommended it to so many local pet owners. Pet store vets can have a bad rep but this Mansfield location is doing it right! Very grateful

Hard to spot. Maps says their location is someplace that it's not. Not understanding and very strict with appointments. They also do not answer their phone. I would not recommend this vet because they don't care about wasting peoples time.

Absolutely horrendous store. The fish staff are incredibly rude with dozens of dead fish in every tank. Bought 4 different fish, all dead within days. Go somewhere else.

They were doing the promotion where every 8 grooms were supposed to be free. We went 7 times - spent over 800 dollars at this place and have appointments set up on a 6 week schedule. The petco app has shown every time went, and how close we were to the free groom. After our last groom, we verify the app shows that we get our free groom next time- and it does. Fast forward 6 weeks, the day before our dogs groom, we check the app to make sure it is still there. Nope, the app updated and looks completely different and says the free groom is expired!! How can it be expired if we were just there 6 weeks before? So we called right before we went, to see if we could still get the free groom and they said yes it will still absolutely be free they can take the price off because they see we’ve been 7 times. Great! So we take our dog, it comes time to pay, they still make us pay full price in order to get our dog back!!! At that point we said to cancel all upcoming appointments if they weren't going to honor their promotion and what the said over the phone before we brought our dog in. Crazy that a business would rather loose a loyal customer over something like this rather than just give our money back that they promised we wouldn’t have to spend. Apparently the can’t honor their advertised promotions and what they say over the phone! If you guys need to check your records so you can make this right our dogs name is Mila and this occurred on March 29th. I don’t want an automated corporate response saying to reach out to customer support at this number, we already did! We got a person that was impossible to understand or hear because she was working from home and yelling at her screaming kids in the background and ended up not being helpful at all. Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you, Masha!!!! I was traveling by car today back to PA from Cape Cod, MA and was thrilled to find a Petco in Mansfield, MA with very clean restrooms. One of my dogs wears diapers (Bella Beagle) and has a stroller so the fact that the restroom was handicapped accessible made it so much easier for changing her and also for a quick, safe stop for myself. My other dog was able to be with us without incident and I have to say, it makes such a difference when traveling. Bailey is a jrt mix. She really needed a nail trim. I have never had any of my pets' nails done at Petco previously. Our veterinarian is located in PA. I remembered that our vet uses the "Petly" app to keep current immunization records, etc. Masha was so kind. She entered both dogs in the system. It turned out that because Bella is on Gabapentin and is unable to walk without assistance, they were unable to trim her nails; however, Bailey had the best experience!! Most places I have been to won't take walk ins. This was just such an incredibly positive experience. Masha said she's been working for Petco for six months. Not only is she phenomenally skilled with dogs, she has superb customer service skills. Another outstanding employee was Kevin. He was very friendly and spent time petting both dogs as Masha patiently waited for me to get the necessary immunization information of of the "Petly" app our veterinarian uses. He remembered both dogs names and really made me feel welcome and like doing business there was a pleasure. When I first entered the building I did pass several employees who were focused on their work. It was definitely appreciated to have special attention. It really makes a difference. I purchased more than I would have because of the positivity I felt.

Went in to purchase one fish over the weekend and the sales-boy argued with my husband, spoke down to him, and refused to sell him a fish BC our 70 gallon tank already had 4 - one inch fish in it. He said there wasn't enough room, even though the store manager said we had plenty of room. I do believe that is called Separation anxiety.
