I have known several people who have had vehicles worked on here. All of which were very unhappy. The vehicle would leave the shop with more problems than when it was dropped off. Problems that are unrelated to the original problem. They lie about changing parts, they say they change parts and charge you for them but infact they do not. Very poor work and very unreliable and dishonest. The owner of this establishment will yell and swear at you if you confront him on any of this. Completely unprofessional.

Joey, Matt and the whole team at New England Tire are very helpful, courteous and professional. I have done multiple repair jobs there and they go above and beyond. On occasions they performed repair work without any additional fees. I highly recommend New England Tire Car Care Center.

Joey and the whole staff at NE Tire Center were extremely helpful to me this past weekend. My wife and I were on Route 495 heading to New York for a family vacation...and my car engine gave out. Triple-A got us to New England Tire Care Center and the staff there diagnosed the problem and although the vehicle could not be saved, they assisted in getting me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle. They were understanding and patient while we were stressed to the max. That kind of "bedside manner" is rare and I thoroughly appreciate their efforts on our behalf. Thanks again, guys.

Always have a great experience here. They are reasonably priced, honest, and don't upsell or try and charge you for things you don't need. They are usually able to get me in quickly, and do a great job explaining the cause and options. I've recommended others go here, and they too have had great experiences. Will continue being a customer here, and highly recommend.

I was in town for a concert and unfortunately ended up with a flat tire 170 miles from home. New England Tire not only had my low profile tire in stock, they gave me an AMAZING price and squeezed me in early enough so that I could get back on the road home safely. The two young fellows who greeted us as soon as we walked in the door were super friendly and our short time in the waiting room was relaxed and comfortable. They made an anxiety inducing situation seem A-OK and not that big of a deal. Thank you SO much again!!!

Fixed my car for an honest price, quickly & made pickup/drop off easy. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful. I didn’t feel scammed like I do at many mechanics.
