Staff was super helpful and informative Im not a runner but I needed a good pair of shoes for work because I walk and do a lot of physical work. The staff member I spoke with was very nice and helpful and great at listening to questions and what I was looking for in a shoe.

It's a very bad store. The shoes I bought a month ago have still not been delivered to me. I called at least 40 times in a month by phone and none of them were returned. Their employees are very irresponsible. I recommend shopping at another store.

Amazing. I went in on a random Wednesday and it was fairly busy in the shoe section. However a nice young man whose name might be Jason quickly helped me. We did the foot analysis machine after I told him I was having foot issues. Let me be clear: I am not a runner. Or an athlete. I simply have bad feet and had been doing research with how to get me back to walking which is my favorite thing to do. The staff was super welcoming and knowledgeable. The machine pointed out some things that will be useful in my upcoming podiatry appt. Jason selected the Bondi 8 in wide. This has given me my feet back. I am so grateful. They also have a great selection of my favorite sunglasses goodr! I will be back to this store absolutely.

I brought my daughter in for sneakers for work and wow! What an experience! The team was so helpful and knowledgeable plus the perfect measurements helprd fine the perfect sneakers for being on her feet all day at work. Thank you so much for all your help!

The store really is awesome u will realize the good vibes once u enter the store really everyone really they smile and they know exactly there jop and they try to help u a lot without getting annoyed or getting bored until really u get exactly what u r looking for..special thanks for that beautiful cute gir (Bailey) she’s really awesome she’s 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars service a lot positive energy she can give even the other co workers they are very nice and gentle people..very good experience ??

0 Stars. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve been coming here my whole life. Grew up in Easton. Ran in college. Now avid marathoner. I live outside of the country now. I needed trainers to run a race tomorrow as the airline lost my luggage. Got the door locked in my face at 5:00pm. When they close at 7:00pm. Wouldn’t help me. I didnt even need to try them on. I know my trainers size. Just buy directly from brand websites. NASTY SERVICE

The staff really go out of their way to help you find the shoes that are best suited for you. And, if they are not, Marathon has a great return policy. I think it is 30 days. They also have anything else you would need for running: socks, shorts, sunglasses, hats, etc.

I had the best salesperson in Mansfield ever!! She didn't make a negative comment on how long I wanted to come in for new Hokas! She was very supportive and extremely helpful, also had a sweet personality!!! She made my experience so easy, I wish I could remember her name, !!!

My wife and I have shopped at the Mansfield store previously because of the great service from people who were runners and knew the products. Apparently they are all gone and now the store is staffed with nitwits. Stood in there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. Avoid this place at all costs. Waste of time to travel 30 minutes to be ignored.

just went to the Mansfield Marathon Sports to buy some sneakers Zero customer service. 4 employees standing around talking and never acknowledged my presence. approached someone asking to try on a pair of sneaker.she brought out a pair I was not interested in then walked away. Nobody else came over to me so I left the store I guess they are not really there to sell sneakers. very disappointed as I really need a new pair of sneaker. will take my business elsewhere.
