There are some people who are able to bring a sense of stability in some of the most difficult transitions of life—Leann is one of those people. It would be a disservice to say that Leann helped sell my home because she did so much more. Not only was she professional, communicative, she was also incredibly resourceful and generous. Leeann came my way by recommendation and I’m so grateful.From the start, her presentation of my home’s market analysis was well researched and presented both professionally and with warmth. Her action plan of items to address before the sale was short and precise. She even assisted with the staging and other items when I was overwhelmed with other aspects of moving.What impressed me the most about Leeann was her dedication and quick response time. She never left me hanging and always did what she said she would do. What more could you want? Her knowledge and attention to detail made for a quick and clean closing. My husband and I needed a new house to move into, we weren’t selling ours in California and we had only 5% down payment. On top of that, my father suddenly passed while we were in the midst of bidding on houses.She went above and beyond for us in the peak of prices going way over asking price, and a lack of inventory of houses going on the market. LeeAnn and her team managed to find us a place in Norwood, Mass while we never left Long Beach, California throughout the entire process. With her professionalism, hard work, due diligence and experience along with a lot of videos she managed to get us into our house in Norwood which was our top town pick.I would highly recommend LeeAnn if you’re looking to score your next dream home with the most buttoned up professionals in real estate. My husband and I had some very unique circumstances that made the prospect of finding the right home seem impossible. We contacted LeeAnn Cerretani to help us and are so happy that we did! She helped us both sell our exisiting house and purchase a new home, all timed so that we did not have to move twice, which was important to us.She was extremely patient and empathetic with our unique needs and circumstances, and against all odds helped us to get the house we were looking for. Her communication was absolutely outstanding, and it was very clear the whole time that her number one priority was our wellbeing and finding us a house that would truly work for us. She listened carefully to what we wanted, and we never felt pressure from her to do something we weren't comfortable with. We truly felt we had someone on our team to help guide us and advcote for what was best for us.Her communication did not end after the sale. She helped us resolve a few minor issues once we were living in the new house, and followed up several times to ensure we were happy. Buying and selling can be a very stressful experience, but LeeAnn took the stress out of it and went way above and beyond for us, helping us with things that are not typicallythe responsibility of a relator. LeeAnn helped guide me through my condo purchase last year and I had a great experience so when the time came for my mom to sell her condo, my 1st and only call was to LeeAnn.This was a difficult time for our family as my dad had recently passed away and Mom knew the condo that she was in was far to big for just one person and there were so many memories there, she needed to have a fresh start. LeeAnn immediately understood our needs and walked Mom through every step of the process. LeeAnn did her research and got the condo on the market quickly with multiple open houses, even sacrificing her own long weekend! We received multiple offers and unfortunately, the offer we accepted was rescinded. LeeAnn was not deterred and got the condo right back out there with more open houses and another accepted offer!Once the condo was under contract, LeeAnn was instrumental in getting us to the finish line. She handled all the details when the buyers’ home inspection found a few issues, my mom didn’t have to worry about taking care of anything and LeeAnn kept my mom updated throughout the entire process.I am so grateful for LeeAnn’s guidance, she came in and handled a very emotional situation with empathy, patience, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend LeeAnn for all your real estate needs.
