I was not allowed to return unopened shirts from several years ago but that's OK because that is their policy and I expected that. I also looked at shoes for my wife who was not with me and Howard was very helpful.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. I like the clothes but the sizing runs small.

Nice to have a store in mass. Nice selection of clothes and other items. Prices are expensive but things do last.

On this website it states that there is a "lifetime guarantee " I was under the impression that the stores no longer honor this guarantee. Is it true ?

Slightly smaller store that lacks much of the camping gear section. Mainly clothing.

Excellent customer service they work very hard to help you find what you need and always offer you a $10 discount card for your next purchase, which combined with sales and a military discount makes for very good deals and great quality clothing
