Please do not trust this store or the employees. I ordered something online for in-store pick-up but was late in doing so due to an illness. I never received a rebate for the Kholes cash I used and they have no record of my purchase yet I have a record of the Kholes cash being used for the purchase. My guess is that an employee took the product and deleted all records of the order. Maybe there is another explanation but the custservice department was useless when I went to the store to find out. Buyer beware. Don't leave your in store pick-up purchases to be stolen, lost or unaccounted for.

Everyone at the mansfield location is so nice especially Tina who checked us out she was so kind and suggested I apply for the kohls card as I was spending over $200 at the time so I did and was approved!! It's always clean and organized as well

Lauren the manager is so wonderful and knows the importance of understanding and taking care of her customers. I experienced a little dificulty with a pair of slippers and she went out of her way to research the situation and take care of it. It's customer service that Lauren provides that keeps me a loyal Kohl's customer. Also, Aurora was so pleasant and understanding.
