I worked with Gregg multiple times over the years both selling and buying. He is a stellar realtor who acts in the best interests of his clients. He educated us through the entire process and got us amazing bang for our buck.

1 star is too many!I do not believe this man acts in the best interest of his seller. My sister and I viewed a house the first day it was on the market and Greg Abbot was the listing agent. We drove from new hampshire to the showing in Mansfield MA, looked at the house, and spent the following two hours preparing a competitive offer. When we reached out to Greg, it was THEN that he informed us that the seller had already accepted an offer... apparently it was accepted while we were driving home from the showing.I understand it is a competitive market. But a true professional would have at least informed us during the showing that offers have been presented, or allow us not to waste our time. I am digging through the real estate codes of ethics to see if there is any article that Greg has violated. Unfortunately, i dont think this makes Greg an "unethical" realtor...just an inconsiderate human.I do wonder if he acted in the best interest of his seller. Did the sellers know that there were more showings taking place? Was our offer higher? We offered 30 k over asking price which certainly could have been a better offer for the sellers.I urge you NOT to use him, and to bring your business to a more serious and professional realtor.

Josslyn at Gerry Abbott Inc just recently helped me sign onto a lease at an adorable little building in Mansfield and she made the move nothing but enjoyable and easy.
