I needed a passport photo. I was in and out of the store in minutes. The associate confirmed that my photo met requirements, answered a question and I was off to the post office behind the store. In and done.

Awful. With exception to one straggler this location lacks customer service skills and is so rude and disrespectful. After waiting in line forever I just had a man close the drive thru window in my face and pop a sign up saying closed for lunch. Extremely unprofessional.

New to this CVS, couldn't get ahold of my 'home' CVS to update my insurance. Allen at the pharmacy stopped what he was doing to help me. Got my insurance info updated in the system and even pulled my prescription at that location, which he did not have to offer to do. Turned a stressful situation for me into a seamless transaction. Thank you ALLEN!!

CVS continues to show why its the worst pharmacy. Now you cant even talk to the pharmacy as a computer ask you to leave a detailed message when you absolutely need to ask them about whats taking so long to fill a script. Terrible as theta dont get back to you in a timely fashion. Gone are the days pharmacist cared labour there clients.I would give a zero if that was an option

Do not try to print photos here. Sat there for 15 minutes tried every machine and every option and lost my patience. Cant even print a single picture. And the employees were no help.

I don't know if the dayshift people are better, but the Night Shift people are incredibly rude. I had a super frustrating and overall just awful experience shopping at CVS when I never thought that just going to the store for a quick thing could really be so painful the workers definitely do not make it better or want to be there and are definitely not customer friendly.

Moving my prescriptions. What an awful customer experience and it's not the people's fault. They have 6 people in the pharmacy and not one of them stops for anything, they're always busy. I tried to renew a prescription over the phone and it said I needed to talk to the pharmacist. On hold for 10 min then it dropped me. I call back after 10 min I get dropped again. I call the front tell them what happened and they send me to the pharmacist again. At this point it's become a joke and I decide to conduct an experiment. I go for a walk while on hold, come home, shower, change, drive to the pharmacy, get to the front of the line and they ask if they can help me, yes, answer your phone, I show them my phone, 1:30:32 and counting. Ridiculous and horrible customer service. The woman was understanding and I tried to be as well but if this is how you treat people who call in then disconnect your phone! It's clearly not a viable way to get a hold of someone.

I hate to write a bad review. I’m really kind to customer service people. I often make friends with them wherever I go. I’ve worked in customer service all my life and even after leaving and working in healthcare myself I still was dealing with people all day every day. I know they deal with some serious abuse and I’m patient with them when they make mistakes etc.I can’t believe how rude and condescending the people are at this cvs. Today they made me cry in front of the entire store.They had an issue with a different customer (they were loud yelling about it) and took their anger out on me. I’m sure they did to every other person today too. This is the second time this month they have been extremely rude to me because they don’t know how to deescalate with other rude people and to work as a team. I step up with a smile and say hi, make small talk, joke about stuff and literally sometimes will make them feel better when I can see their stress.I can tell this is a toxic work environment. To the other employees who have to deal with that pharmacist or whoever, I appreciate you, I see you trying hard and I see that your team leader doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’m sure other people see it too.
