Absolutely terrible labs here! Do not trust them on any urine samples!! They are in it for the money only not caring about the fallouts from a false positive drug test!! Totally irresponsible and shouldn't be in business and I'm not stopping until I'm heard in the news or through my attorney which I've been advised to sue them for negligence etc... STAY AWAY!! BUSINESSES LOOK ELSEWHERE, Let's see if the right thing can be done here after receiving a call regarding my issue,I'll post my update first thing tomorrow when I find out the final outcome with the director. Hello Jenifer,Thank you for posting this review! I have been going to a clinic in Pa. for 21 years never had dirty urines except when I was in process of getting a Doctor to fill my script for anxiety medication, and fill paperwork out for the Doctor of the clinic. Point is, I have been getting false/positives for Cocaine from this lab! I am not the only one, I've heard others talking about it in line, as well my counsler talked to me about it. Just told me that there are issues with a lot of others with positives. Now if I was doing Cocaine, lost all my 13 take homes, plus I'm going to college to be a LDNA counselor, why would I fight to get them back only to suddenally come up positive 3 more times? This is ruining my life. They are saying nothing would make my urine positive for cocaine but a coca leaf. Not true. I've been researching on government sites and a lot can. They also can do a confirmation but it has to be a Gas Chromography test (might have spelled wrong). Please keep the word out there, I'm about to contact an attorney!!

I work at a clinic in Washington State that uses Clinical Science Labratories in Mansfield, Mass to do their urine based drug screens and we have been getting countless false positive results lately. I would like to hear from others who have had experience with this Lab.

Noise pollution violations. They get their gas delivery and dumpsters emptied at 4am. No respect for the two sets of apartments they are next to.

If I could give less than one star I would my whole life has been turned up side down and because I KNOW I haven't used!!! Yet my urine came back positive for fentanyl?! This is so important to us at clinics and it can not be left to chance in the hand's of incompetent labs!I have almost 7 yrs clean and I am facing loosing all my bottles ruining any chance for a vacation and possibly straining my relationship with people and friends that trust me.. I'm devastated!!

do not use company they're telling me I'm failing for fentanyl and I am not. I read all reviews on here. Same thing is happening with other people. There's something wrong with the fentanyl testing if you can come in contact with somebody by touching them how can I test you for something that you're not actually doing?

Old guy that tested my father accused him of using water in place of urine. It WAS urine. He basically called my dad a liar. The old guys boss addressed the situation and apologized.

Same as most other posts i read on here ,12 years clean and getting tested buy the the same clinic,then clinical science products claims i tested positive for opiates??? No way possible .!!! The supposedly did a confirmation that tested positive for codeine?? The paper had no numbers just a letter head my name and codeine present...again not possible..what a joke lost take homes strained relationships jeopardize my employment until I showed the comments on here ..please don't believe what this lab claims the detect in urine screens totally unacceptable

I can't believe after searching this place that all the reviews reference the same thing I am going through. After over 2 years clean at the clinic, a test comes back positive for morphine. After notifying me 2 weeks later I supplied a mobile order receipt for poppy seed bagel bacon egg and cheese. They agreed to retest but all they did was a repeat of the dipstick. I wanted it actually tested and they refused. After ruining my summer because of loss of take homes, I earned them back after being subjected to daily visits and constant harassment. It's 2022, any competent lab can differentiate drugs from natural sources. Now, 6 months later, the same thing has happened again. I will be looking into options for retesting again as this is disgusting. Their incompetence is playing with our freedom.

Worst place ever they gave me a positive for methadone and fentanyl and then I paid to have it re tested and it took forever and also was “in conclusive” I had nothing but the methadone and Xanax in my urine and the Xanax didn’t even show up but the fentanyl did when I didn’t even use!this place is terrible and what’s worse is the people they have working there!!!!they make mistakes constantly and they don’t even care,that’s who’s working here thank you “clinical science”you do a bang up job

Committing medicaid fraud and mishandling urine specimens. Someone needs to seriously look into this place and shut them down before they're allowed to ruin anymore lives with false positive drug tests. It's appalling they've been doing this to people for YEARS and still at it. How? Why? Something must be done.

This lab is by far incompetent and makes constant errors. I would love to be able to walk through this lab when they are testing swabs. I feel very strongly that there's something very crooked going on there.

Awful awful awful! I had a test that came back pos for benzos and on the same day i had a work test ...and the ONLY thing my federal work test came back with was methadone like it should have. I lost my 13 takehomes and couldn't travel for work any longer and it changed my whole career. That was a little bit ago. Now im going thru it again. I got take homes back had a med call back. Had a supervised urine screen and it came back pos for fet. I again paid for a retest and am still waiting. But my failed test came back in less than 24hours. Now its been over a week. I took a test at home and came back clean. I had a test today..so we will see! But this place can ruin lives for people. Needs to be shut down. Im going to the BBB about it!
