If you need an ATM, perfect location. If you need teller services, please expect to wait. The way they operate is so weird. You walk in and there's consistently 4-5 employees sitting or hanging around the lobby. One will greet you, ask what you need and if it involves the teller, you'll go stand in line. They only ever have 1 teller working so it's hit or miss on how long it'll take for you to get out of there's a line.

I had the best experience at Chace today, I was having an issue with my auto loan, Justin Perry was the loan officer I hope the title is correct but definitely Justin Perry went above and beyond to try and correct an issue that an online person couldn’t of fixed! Thanks again Justin! He did resolve my issue!!!! 5 stars

I was told over the phone by Justin that if I deposit 500$ into a new total chase account. That I’d receive a 300$ checking bonus and all I had to do was come in with the promo code. I came into the branch deposited the 500$ with the code. I waited two weeks, the customer service representative told me it was misinformation and that it had to be an employer depositing the 500$ to qualify…

My wife and I went to this branch yesterday in hopes of opening a CD and unfortunately had a pretty poor experience. We were met by two individuals who were pleasant and helpful, earning the branch the 3 stars. I let them know that we are First Republic Customers (now owned by Chase with complete migration taking place around 5/28, less than one week from our visit). They asked what we were there for, and then coordinated an introduction with an associate, Justin.Justin informed us that they would not be able to honor the "relationship based rate", even though the FRB is already owned by Chase, with full migration coming shortly. He would require us to open a completely new checking account first (seemed like a sales tactic that would buffer his numbers).Having worked at a bank previously (FRB for 3 years) I know that the bank has the ability to adjust the rate on the back end, essentially honoring the fact that we will be customers (in reality already customers). He said that it would be a "risk" to do it that way. I dont know what risk he was referring to, as again, I know that they can do that on the back end.His instructions were that we would need to come back at a later date in order to complete this. Not sure if was laziness on his part or overall lack of focus on customer service from the bank, but this was pretty frustrating.I'm not sure if this will cause us to look for a banking relationship elsewhere given the convenience of their locations, but it was a less then welcoming introduction to Chase post acquisition.

Lambs to the slaughter here. A mix between the twilight zone and Stepford wives.Very weird vibe - you are greeted by a robotic manager who selects an associate to deal with you. They then direct you to a small booth area to conduct business. Collin did a good job and was professional - I think he could tell I wanted to get the hell out of there.
