The online ordering is not convenient! You had the product available when I ordered it. The Seekonk store confirmed this as well. You actually didn’t,but still took my money and never emailed me to let me know my order wouldn’t process, it still says it’s processing! I called you to see the status after 2 hours. A Best Buy employee should call the customer not the other way around. Very poor customer service. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I gave 3 stars because of initially going onto Best Buy's website and items being advertised until you click to add to cart then shows unavailable so you choose an open-box item that shows in stock until you add it to the cart. You then find that you cannot get the item at all. As for the Mansfield store employees, they are wonderful. They are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with also knowledgeable and very patient. So the store's employees get a 5 STAR RATING. I think the big wigs at Best Buy need to revamp their entire computer system because it's awful for customers and employees alike. Perhaps they need to study Amazon's website and take notes!

I would like to thank the staff here as well as the geek squad. As a layperson trying to build a PC, Austin's professionalism and depth of knowledge really helped me. He was a big assistance when I came in to run some diagnostics and pick up some more equipment. Even though the Geeksquad is overloaded with clients like me attempting to construct their own computers, Jared was kind and patient when he called me to work out some issues with the new PC. We should all give these workers a hearty pat on the back.

This could be a 1 star review:
I had to return a pair of monitors today. They were in perfect packaging and well within the 15 day period. This was an online order pickup. I was told they could go back on the original card without issue.
Unfortunately, one of the employees accidentally returned only 1 item and not both. Not a big deal, we all make mistakes. However, this was only identified when I asked for a receipt of the return. That could have been really bad if I left and that was not noticed first…
This the. caused an issue where the 2nd one could not go back on the original card, a card I didn’t have on me. So the supervisor (a gentleman with a really cool golden pentacle ring) told me that it could only be returned for a gift card or I could just not return the monitor. Clearly this was not acceptable.
After considerable back and forth her called over someone else (despite having claimed to be the supervisor). Fortunately, the new individual was able to process the return for cash. Inconvenient, but at least I was not forced to take a gift card.
I’d give 1 star, but the first person I dealt with did one of the best jobs checking the item before accepting the return than I’d ever seen! I genuinely appreciated the attention to detail as someone who sometimes buys open box items!! Kudos to the first guy!!
