This place is the absolute worst. If you can avoid going here you should. The workers here are extremely rude. They have an attitude and are the opposite of helpful. I am starting a new business and am learning the best way to ship things, and they have not only not helped with this but act like I should know exactly what to do with the packages when I am far from an expert and make everything seem like it's my fault. I'm sorry I do not know the ins and outs of the US mail system... they act like I should be reading the US mail manual and have it memorized before i step foot in this place. I'd advise not going to this location. Also, what's with how at post offices now they don't let you use any of their tape? Really?

I have alway liked this Post office!! The people that work here are always very helpful and very pleasant!!! Even when iit is busy they get people in and out quickly!!!

The USPS has cut staff to the bone, even during the busy holiday season and during the Covid pandemic. I have always found the staff at this post office to be helpful, cordial and efficient. They deserve to be treated with respect, appreciation and patience. I am grateful for their service.

The people employed here are the most difficult to work with that I’ve ever encountered in the USPS; so much so ; I won’t ever go here again and would rather travel out if my way to the long pond road station than to be treated with disrespect and total rudeness.The gentleman with white hair the three women are all beyond rude , it’s like they hate their job so much they make your time there unbearable also!Try a customer service training guys seriously!

We opened a post office box here last year because we can't get mail delivered to the house. The guy couldn't figure out how to charge us for the key which was an ongoing issue. Then they tried to close our box because it was getting too much junk mail. And then they started saying we were unpaid out of the blue and tried returning our packages to sender, when we weren't unpaid. We don't have to pay if they can't deliver mail to your house because of location. You wait in line endlessly while the people working there do other things, ignoring customers. The only reason I gave it 1 star is for location. The people that work here are clueless. We're closing our box and going to a different location.

Staff is okay, but the mailing office always close early. It's very inconvenient when you're trying to ship a package since you can't drop packages in the box. Wish they would stop doing it.
