I went on Saturday and this is the only store in Manchester by the sea were I truly felt welcomed. The lady at the register was kind and helpful, made the whole shopping around so much better. The pieces in the store are very unique and again if you go to Manchester By The Sea for vintage shopping this is the place !!! Every other shop you won’t be greeted or treated nicely unless you look a certain way.
Thank you for making my day so much nicer! I’ll be back soon!

Excellent Service delivery - Clearly a Customer Centric environment. The Manager knows her fabrics, styles & designers. She is welcoming, patient & knowledgeable. A wide variety of both trendy & sophisticated style's maintained in the best condition. Clothing displayed in an attractive user friendly manner. Prices vary. They're thoughtful & not necessarily prohibitive.

My friend who loves Lilly Pulitzer did very very well here. Prices are high, but there are some fun bargains on several racks. The lady who works there or who was there Monday (or Sunday? I can't remember now.) was absolutely lovely.

I was in the other day with my wife and she loved the store. The store is filled with quality fashion. The owner Cheryl couldn’t have been more helpful and was such a delight. I highly recommend that you visit Cheryl and her store.

Awesome service, some prices are obviously designer prices but other pieces are reasonable priced so you can always leave with something.

Madam Had'em is the biggest rip off of all consignment stores i've ever frequented. You should neither consign nor shop there. Owner Cheryl is a liar. She steals your consignments, by giving you false reasons why she isn't returning the unsold items. And her prices are outrageous. There are so many better places to shop, both in stores and on-line, with much better pricing, and an honest owner.

I am not normally someone for writing reviews but this shop and it’s employee/owner (not sure who i met!) deserves all the praise! I went in with my mom to buy some things on mother’s day and all we did on the ride home was plan our next visit! There is something there for everyone and we are so excited for our purchases! We will definitely be going back sooner rather than later! Thank you so much :)

We had the best experience at Madam Had”em today. Cheryl was unbelievable. From the moment we walked in she made us feel comfortable and she was the epitome of the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. Not pushy just made us feel so comfortable and helpful. She was so kind and friendly and made us feel so good about being in her shop. By the time we left, we were friends. If it wasn’t for Covid I would have given her a big hug. The kindness and extraordinary customer service was unbelievable. Just what we needed in a time like this. I highly highly recommend this consignment shop to anyone who wants to feel good during this uncertain time . We love Cheryl and the clothes are perfect. I got 6 beautiful dresses a lovely shirt and a hot pair of shoes. Great day all around !!!

I have to say one of the nicest sales people I have encountered in a Boutique. Went in to buy something for my girlfriend; per her request; because this is the only place she goes for all her designer bags and clothes. Clearly I looked like a deer in the headlights because both the sales women at the shop immediately came to me asking how they could help me. Walked out of there with a LV wallet; looked up the price of the wallet new and was shocked at the savings!
