Compared to today’s "super" markets they have an amazing selection of fresh fruit, veggies, meats, delicacies, and prepared foods, plus, a full liquor selection. Friendly, helpful staff too.

I usually only go here if I'm in the area or need to pick something up quick. I like the fact that they hire people with disabilities. They are pretty pricey, but I am able to find a few things here that I can't find at other stores. I had a disturbing experience recently, so I will do my best to avoid having to go to Crosby's in Manchester. A bagger came over and was wiping snot from her face with her hands. I had a few items and offered to bag them myself in my own bag because that's just nasty. She yanked my bag out of my hands threw my groceries in my bag, slammed them down and left. It shocked both me and the cashier. If you need specific products that only they can provide, I'd suggest going to Henry's in Beverly instead.

Old school grocery store it's fantastic. Definitely the center of town. They have great little finger sandwiches!!!
