““Newer” to Beverly and needed some work done on my Mercedes, i searched for a reputable, honest shop and heard great reviews on Big Jim’s Autobody. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, Jamie (owner) called me shortly after to notify me of what was going on with the car and asked for the go ahead to order part/ perform work on the car. The price he quoted me over the phone for everything was very reasonable and best of all, repair was complete before the end of the day and problems resolved! I would definitely bring my business back to Jamie and his shop at any time i may be in need of body work or mechanical work. “(This is Virginia Dodge, not Dexter) I couldn't be happier with my experience having recent body damage repaired. My car looks like new! The work started on the day I dropped it off and was completed within a week. They even polished up a couple of minor spots not involved in the accident, washed the exterior, vacuumed the floormats and dusted the dashboard. “PRIMO SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! In a one-car accident, I managed to rip the front bumper off our 2012 Forester. ECC was recommended to me by our regular mechanic. Kevin is both owner and hands-on mechanic. He guided me thru insurance considerations, provided an honest estimate, and kept me informed of progress, with a beautiful result. And if I'm not mistaken, he also cleaned the interior and washed and buffed the exterior! Make this your first call if you need body work!!!”

“One end of the pilot tube for the hot water tank in my RV snapped off. Finding a replacement on the northshore proved to be impossible. Ordering the entire thermalcouple was my only option and it isn't going to arrive for another 4 days. I talked to anyone and everyone trying to figure out an immediate solution. After hours of searching and many many fruitless phone calls a local businessman suggested I try this place, so I called. I was told that Dave was the man for me to talk to and that he'd be in the next morning at 9am. So, this morning, a Sunday mind you, at 9am I got in my car with high hopes and low expectations and drove the half hour to see Dave. I showed him the broken part and 20 minutes later it was fixed. I wish I could give Dave way more than 5 stars!! Thank you so much”
“I backed into a tree and quite literally crushed my rear quarter, I got a very reasonable estimate from Sal and it took about a week or two to fix. Awesome customer service and he is very honest, and super helpful. I don't think I'd go anywhere else. Not to mention when I got my car back everything on the inside and outside was cleaned and vacuumed! I could not recommend this place more, seriously the best place to go if you get into a fender bender!!”

““Clutch” is the word. The team of Tech Joe Lavoie Service Manager, Steve Duke and Lou LaVoie have saved me on a number of occasions but most recently outdid themselves My winch bit the dust while I was I. A very precarious position and was in desperate end of a quick solution These guys have come to know me and know how much my business relies upon my equipment.They were able to canibalize and cobble together parts from another winch to get me back up and running within a day!Big thanks to them!Also a shout out to Peter Livas and Anthony Colangelo who have provided exceptional customer service.Thanks!”
