I had a negative experience with them. When I walked in on Friday, they informed me that I needed to make an appointment for a passport, but they said I could walk in Monday through Thursday. Then I made Monday's appointment. However, when I tried to change my appointment for Monday, I couldn't reach anyone despite multiple attempts to call.On Tuesday, I went back, and a lady informed me that appointments were only available Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 10 am. I had to schedule an appointment again. While making the appointment, I accidentally entered the wrong email address. The other lady responded impatiently, giving me a disapproving look and stating, "You've just canceled the whole thing!"When I arrived for my appointment on Wednesday, I was half an hour early and waiting in line. However, when I turned, I was told by the lady that my appointment wasn't until 1:45 pm and that I needed to wait until then for them to call me. I was confused as to why I couldn't be seen earlier, especially since there was no one else waiting ahead of me. The lady seemed displeased and repeatedly told me that I wasn't following instructions, citing that there were other people waiting.Overall, I was frustrated by the lack of clarity and flexibility in scheduling appointments, as well as the unhelpful attitude of the staff member I encountered. However, it's important to note that there was a male staff member who was exceptional. He was great and very patient when handling my passport-related matters.

They failed to deliver a package to my address that for some reason required my signature, even though packages sent by them before have never required a signature, just this one package!? To make things worse, whoever failed to deliver the package to my address, didn't even leave a notice slip in my mailbox. Now today for some reason its marked as "no such number" which doesn't make sense, they have already made one attempt to deliver to my address? So I decided to go there myself to pick up my package only to be told by some lady at the desk that its already been sent back to the sender if its marked as "no such number" what a god damn joke.

I usually am not one to do this but just wanted to put out this horrible experience. I missed my package signing time and I received a slip to pick it up. Okay cool. I signed off that I was okay with my domestic partner picking it up while I was away at work as it gave the option on the back. She went in to get it and was ACCUSED of scribbling MY signature on it and that if she didn’t have proof of same address she couldn’t pick it up. Not only did she offer our shared lease agreement as proof as well as a package she was sending out with her name and our address on it and kept polite, the old lady yelled at her “I have kids to feed and bills to pay” and it “wasn’t her job” to give her a package. WHAT? You work at the POST OFFICE. I signed off for this person to pick it up on a slip that allowed her to and you’re saying you can’t do a job you’re paid to do? And if you’re gonna groan about doing your job because you have bills to pay it’s no excuse for treating her like dirt. I have a family to provide for and I did what any responsible adult should and got a better job for us and our needs. I also don’t want to hear the excuse of why I can’t pick it up when I am already busy enough providing for my own needs and taking care of my bad back right now. My partner also dropped off another package and was rudely lectured by someone on how the “box comes with tape” and that she didn’t need to tape her own box with her own tape as he put the tape on top of hers. First of all it’s pretty clear what those strips are for people who ship often. Second of all that tape is really terrible tape that doesn’t at all keep things safe. Needless to say these guys are rude and try to use shipping label websites if you can and just avoid interaction by dropping off in their side windows to also avoid the line.

At least one MAJOR Karen working here. I used the wrong type of box, was likely less than $1 difference to pay Priority or Ground Advantage, yet they decided to send my package all the way back instead of just delivering it. They could have received the extra postage from the recipient, but no, they returned a box of rare plants all the way across the country. Pathetic considering I ship about 30 boxes per day and have been for many years, making USPS plenty of revenue over the years...not to mention the fact they have lost DOZENS of boxes that I've mailed, and then refused to compensate me for the lost packages.. costing me several hundred dollars over the years.. but you want to do this nonesense over less than $1?? Seriously? I made one simple mistake... Less than $1 measly dollar. I have made same mistake in past on accident, but the post offices were much more accomodating, and instead requested the extra postage from the recipient. Absolutely petty and pathetic.

They don't even know the USPS requirements for media mail. There is literally a list they can look at to see what items are allowed. I shouldn't know their requirements better than they do.

I often have Amazon packages that are supposed to be delivered on a Sunday. Instead of delivering the packages, this post office falsifies the tracking status, claiming that they have "no access" to the delivery location. There is nothing obstructing my front porch (where my mail usually gets delivered), and I'm home all day. I understand if you're understaffed and have to deliver a day or two late, but don't lie and make it seem like it's the customer's fault!

I have been frequenting this location for over 20 years and have never encountered such a vile human being. I arrived with ONE package at 4:30 pm. A whole 30 minutes before their closing time. However, this man below refused to serve us (other patrons that came after me) despite our presence before the close of business. He was verbally abusive to all of us. Another patron captured it on video. Hopefully, she posts it and also submits it to the corporate office.What I needed would have taken all of two seconds as I already prepaid for the label online. All they had to do was scan the QR code, print the label, and slap it on the package. This man below and the other woman behind the counter should not be public facing. They are unethical and unprofessional. I hope they get fired or at the very least written up

they suck i was assured a package with my old address ( which the house is vacant) would come to me. several times i ask are you sure guess what it was delivered to old address and they have my new address because i am getting mail...they supposeable went and pick it up. but no one knows where it is the seller never got it back..the post office is such liar and trying to get money back for their shitty mistake. well i filed with the better business bureau lets see what happens,,wonder if they always act incompetent out of work because if they do they need to learn to grow up

Just don’t expected much from this post office; they changed my paid priority expected delivery to ground shipping delivery. I have to refund shipping cost to my customer. Taking 2 weeks and still no update.

They attempted to deliver my package but they were unable to deliver the package because supposedly my address was wrong. I've been receiving shipments to my address for months without a single problem. Someone from this site calls me telling me they wait a certain amount of days before sending back the package to the sender; however, they sent it back the same day they attempted the delivery. Makes no sense.

Our good ol local Post office! S/o out to the Malden team for going above and beyond. I was waiting for my passport and there must’ve been an address typo. Claudia went above and beyond. Gave me a call and provided the option to pick up personally. Thanks to Claudia and Mohamed I got my hands on my long awaited passport. I also appreciate the level of security to ensure the passport is given to the right person. Good work team!
