Great post office. Staff were very helpful with questions about different rates/shipping times. No wait morning on a weekday. Seemed to be well organized.

It is ridiculous and awful service, very bad and no professional customer service. they do not know what they were doing. Just to change my address, I had to go three times, yet I started my changing address on line!!!!!!! they handled to me a wrong form, in Spanish. I had to go back to get the right form!!!!!!!

Rude employees, not helpful at all. I avoid this post office and I live in Malden.
Edit: Drive the 5 mins to the Melrose Post Office and they will treat you like a decent human being and help you solve your problem. I didn't need an appointment to drop off my passport renewal application that was already completed like the rude Asian lady at the Malden location let me know SMH. Shame on ya'll, terrible service and just rude to people.

Worst service I've ever seen in my life, they shout at you from start to finish, make fun of your face and still complain all the time, I recommend a course on good manners and how to serve customers, it would be good for the self-development of the attendants Brianna and the old asian woman who i forgot the name of!

Been to this USPS a couple times. Both times had a pleasant experience. Easy access, street parking nearby. Briana (according to nametag) was super helpful at my most recent visit. Briana was quick and efficient but not rushing me out of the door even though there was no one else working and the lunch rush had arrived.

All around, every aspect of USPS is inept. Calling their national line is just as horrendous, rude, condescending reps are the norm until you get a supervisor, this is a new level on treating their own customers with such distain. This by the comments is the worst P.O. in the country, maybe even the world. I've seen such horror stories as I see here, but I can definitely relate to them. All one star reviews & all within the last year & most recent six months, painting a very grim future for USPS, if not for the overload from other vendors, they'd be done (those vendors will eventually will catch up & not lose that revenue to ...>)USPS hires very low character people, my carrier retaliated against me for reporting him for leaving the slant locker for the 3 boxs open for all to see or easily have my mail stolen. He did this three times in 6 days. That's not a coincidence ! What was the retaliation? I of all six tenants had to have my FULL name on my box to get my mail lol, After another well deserved complait/case#, the day after he arrived early & slammed both slant lockers multiple times, causing damage to the interior wall, a police report had to be filed (vandalism). Now we have a supervisor who acknowledged the employees are federal, & fails to connect that federal is/means public employees & we are their customers. We can also keep them accountable, observing ect in the duty of their public job.

Worse post office waste of our tax dollars. Wasted over $500 on wedding invitations and stamps. Only for the RSVP cards all to be returned back to sender because mail man is lazy and refuses to deliver mail each day. Have to waste countless hours on phone with post office and with guest trying to determine who is coming what food they are getting. What was the point of wasting money on stamps if they were never going to be able to be sent back to my address and instead were returned to sender? Valid address and return address also verify that stamp used was correct. What other excuse can the post office give other then they are lazy and refuse to do their job? I want to be refunded for my RSVP card invites and stamps used by the post office. Mail man also gets to decide when he would like to deliver mail, mail is to be delivered Monday - Saturday not whenever you chose to bring it. Absolutely ridiculous a joke of a place no wonder people are choosing other delivery services. USPS is a disgrace.

I forgot her name. She is Asian lady. I asked her to find a way and possibility to my work done. But she said me 'you are not a person who to teach me how to do work.' If I have any fault She can say it politely. It is not the way to deal with the customers. She is in public service company is hired her to help the Clint not to bad behaviour with them. When the employee can understand they are in public service not the public are their servant.

Unfortunately a bad experience for international shipping.
First told me that they don’t know exactly about the regulations and that I should check it on the USPS website and refused to send it.
After checking the website and showing the USPS guide lines for sending the parcel and that it is within the allowed limits of USPS they still refused to accept it. An alleged internal paper was not allowing them to accept it but I was also refused to see the guideline.
Didn’t try to resolve the situation or help at all.
Advised me to send with UPS or FedEx.!?!
Unfortunately unprofessional and rude.
