When i went there i felt like i was being judged by the 2 people in the front, i hope they are not the owners because they are a disrespect to the business and malden. I felt like they were talking bad about me in their language and pretended like i wasn’t there, will never ever go there again i do not wanna feel judged or ignored by anybody when i am sending packages or purchasing something !

employees are so disrespectful and started laughing at me because i didn’t have the correct materials to send my packages, i think they called me a racial slur too! i’m very upset with the service provided and the employees are so rude never coming here again !! will never come back here until employees are removed the service and disrespect is unbearable ?

Convenient and efficient for printing, just send to the email posted in the store. They printed color one sided without asking first if I wanted B&W or double sided, but I didn’t have a preference so just more FYI.They lost stars from me because they overcharged. In store I saw no posted prices and found none online, they didn’t tell me the price before printing or while paying, and then they didn’t offer a receipt. I went back for the receipt to confirm my suspicions. I got 3 copies printed of a 3 page document; they charged me for 5 print jobs (@ $0.94 each) and 4 additional pages (@ $0.47 each). The extra $0.94 isn’t enough for me to make a stink or ask for refund but it’s definitely not cool. Actually, because the prices are basically hidden for all I know they overcharged in another way too.Overall wouldn’t recommend for printing unless urgent/no other options.

both front workers are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and they’re always lazy and don’t wanna do their work. prices are also extremely high if you don’t purchase labels online

I had to give one star because there is no 0 or negative star . I dropped a package on sept 15 to ship from Malden MA to Seattle . I paid $52 for shipping & was supposed to be delivered in 3 days . Almost a month & the shipper didn’t give my package to FedEx . I have been calling everyday to speak a manager, but no matter how early I called, I got the answer “Sorry the manager has left “. It is really irritating me & I am going to take legal action . Please don’t go to this ridiculous place .

I paid $2X for printing a 50 page document and I SAID double sided twice. Turns out they print me single sided and took multiple times to staple it. Then, I said that's why I need it to be double sided and she answered "I can't hear it."
