This was my first collision repair experience, and with a car such as a Model 3, I was hesitant in general.
I am extremely fortunate to have had not only what I expected be done well, but that they also went above and beyond to make sure to create an incredible customer experience.
I highly, completely recommend Today's Collision Malden for any repairs, especially those for the Tesla Model 3. They sourced ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER parts and make the entire experience (including having their own Enterprise rental station within!) is seamless.
They provide appropriate updates via email AND phone, and I have rarely had such a comprehensively positive experience.

There's not the correct words I can use to fully explain my experience with this shop. Each and every person there was thorough, meticulous and informative. They were accurate and quick with the amount of time they had my car. And then the work done was impeccable!!!!!! 5 stars is not enough in my book and I would HIGHLY recommend using the Malden/Melrose facility. Thank you to everyone there

This is my third time coming to Today's Collision Repair Centers to repair my car and each time I have been pleasantly surprised.
1. Ms. Coral is a very patient and dedicated professional, who is also very understanding and considerate of customers' needs. Every time I communicate with her, she gives me a satisfactory answer, and it gives me great peace of mind to entrust my car to her ?
2. The technical team at the repair center is very meticulous in addressing all the issues related to the accident. They also arrange and handle any additional matters beyond their scope very well ?
3. The repair time is never delayed, and the repair quality is perfect, with no flaws.
4. The final car delivery is also very impressive and I am very satisfied ?. Before delivering the car, their team will always provide a thorough and detailed cleaning service for free. I must give them a big thumbs up for their efforts

I was in a car accident earlier this June. I arranged for my frunk repairs to be completed by Today’s Collision. I picked my car up this past Friday. The car looked brand new just as it had when I drove it off the Tesla lot. My Tesla was washed and detailed inside as well. The repair team was in constant contact throughout the process.

Fantastic job on repairs. Very thorough—we had our back lift gate replaced and bumper repaired. Paint match was exact and our Tesla now looks brand new. To top it off they repaired more than expected and came in under the quote, faster than predicted. They were also great and communicating during the repair what had been done. We picked it up after getting back from vacation and found that they had also washed and detailed the car for free. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat (though hopefully we won’t have to!)

Great experience. All the interaction with the insurance for the payment was handled by the employees, and they even arranged the rental car delivery right to the garage. The painting of the new bumper looks like new. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the entire car. I highly recommend Today's Collision Repair Center Malden.

Today’s Collision is top notch. They fixed our Model 3 Performance back to pre-loss condition, in excellent time! They are incredibly good at communicating every step the vehicle is at, and they did an excellent job working with our insurance company. For any future needs, I will not hesitate to use them, and I will recommend them to any friends/family who need repairs to their teslas or other vehicles!

There was a repair of the rear part of the Audi Q8. All issues were quickly resolved, they helped to coordinate everything with the insurance company, and the repair was done quickly. The quality of work and service is excellent. Thanks to the employees and management for organizing the work.

Service was hands off for me and that was important. I dealt with Matt Everson and he was extremely professional, direct and attentive. They all were so accommodating to my busy schedule. Would HIGHLY recommend Matt and his team to everyone I know.

Strong recommendation. Terrific experience from beginning to end. Top notch communications, work was extremely high quality, and help managing insurance was transparent and (even if I didn’t always love what the insurance company did) very thoughtfully handled.

My experience with Today’s Collision and most specifically with Bobby was absolutely top notch. Bobby was accommodating, professional, efficient and came through in a timely manner while working with my schedule. My car looked perfect when they were done with it.
