I took my car to this shop because my ABS and traction control lights were on - they took a look at it and noticed that my front left strut had broken as well. They physically showed me everything that needed repairs, we set up an appointment, and they fixed everything in one day. They even replaced a bulb that was out and didn't charge for labor. I talked to Will and Miguel and they were both awesome.

Great experience! I had a nail in my tire - they quickly patched it and checked all the other tires! Fast, honest and quality service!!!! Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire in an area that I am not familiar with. Pulled into a parking lot next to WAR and they let me borrow a jack and a tire iron no questions asked. I removed the tire and they patched it while I waited. Very nice people and so willing to help! If I am every in the area again and in a pinch I know where to go! Thank you WAR for making this crapy day a little bit better!

When I first brought my 2009 Jetta into WAR, another customer went on and on about how great this place is and how well they take care of their customers. In the moment I chalked it up to an enthusiastic person who had a good experience, but now I totally get it! Anthony and Will are AWESOME! They greet me by name, explain issues so that I can understand them, know what they're talking about, don't gouge, and are super accommodating and flexible. I always feel like I'm being treated respectfully, reasonably, and honestly. I mean, how often do you give a car shop the green light to spend your money only for them to tell you that it wasn't necessary? I live in Cambridge and find it completely worth it to go to Malden to have my car serviced by these guys!

Will and Anthony are great. They provide top level service at very reasonable pricing. I can't say enough great things about WAR Automotive. If you have an issue with your car and you are looking for an honest mechanic that will give it to you straight and quote a fair price, this is the company to contact. They take care of 6 commercial vehicles for me and both of my family's cars because I trust them. They are the best in the business.

This place is our top for oil changes and any other services needed for our cars . The reason why we keep going back is because we are always treated with respect by every single employee that sees us ! Very pleasant ! My husband said that at this place you pay a little more but you get the job right at the highest quality !

Brought my 2014 BMW 328ix in for oil change, brake fluid flush, and brake sensor replacement. I also asked them to check a part that was problematic. The work was done quickly and pricing was fair. Anthony at the front desk was very friendly and gave me estimates on work that needed to be done in the future. The guys here are great and trustworthy. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here.

After reading reviews and using my local dealer for the past 5 years i decided to take a shot with my 6 year old Audi. My thoughts are they are very clear on pricing, front desk person Anthony is top notch, pricing very competitive and shop in general looks very well managed. They are affiliated with the body shop across the street which is also top notch (they also did work for me in the past). My needs were an oil change and brakes- at this point i wouldn't hesitate on going back.

These guys are some of the greatest. Anthony and Will are among the best and friendliest mechanics I've ever had. I've taken in my multiple vehicles in for some pretty hefty repairs over the years, and I never once felt like they were trying to oversell me, never felt belittled or like I was receiving the "deli line" treatment, and never once had to take my car back for a job not well done. As soon as you walk in the door or call on the phone, you are treated like a friend. I called them one day for an estimate and Anthony's greeting was "Kyle! How are you ya handsome devil??" What a mensch. Just take my money please. I can't recommend WAR highly enough. Honest, straight shooters who will make you feel welcome and make your car feel like new again.
