I stopped by the Malden T-Mobile on a business trip and worked with a young lady named Angela. SHE IS EXACTLY WHAT T-MOBILE NEEDS! She assisted me with the upmost respect and patience. I am thankful for this location and for employees like Angela!

TERRIBLE they are liars. Google says they close at 8pm they will lie and close 2 hours early and lock the doors while staring at you.

These people lie a lot. I went in and asked for a phone and when they asked me if i wanted accessories they went to the back and came out a few minutes later saying they dont have the phone. When i sent my nephew a few hours later for the same thing they had the phone when he asked for accessories. What a joke. These people are lazy and rude for not providing us service. Dont come here if you dont want to get accessories ????

Unfortunately I had a really awful experience here. I was offered a trade-in plan to transfer my iphone 7 to get the 12 at a major reduced price, as long as I sign up for a phone plan. That was no problem, and I have to say the deal was actually pretty good. The problem came when I went to transfer my number over and finish the data plan signup. An associate named Kiara helped me out to get started, but since there was a waiting period I was given a ‘temp’ number to placehold my plan alongside the payments I would make for the phone. Alongside this placeholder I had to give my bank details to ‘secure’ my discount, which I was skeptical about but I was assured that everything would transfer over fine. I later came in again to get my old number, and was told that the temp was deleted and everything was all set. Low and behold a month later I am double billed for both numbers. I call customer service and tell them that there’s been a mistake and that I only have one phone line. They cancel out the charge and I figure it’s all sorted. The next month I am double charged again. I have to call in again and they say that it’s going to the ‘fraud department’ and I will be reimbursed. I waited a few weeks and there is no contact at all. I tried to go into the store to hopefully get some closure, but apparently Kiara didn’t work there anymore, and nobody had any clue on how to help me. I talked to an associate named Corey to see if they could help, but all I was met with was “call customer support”. Great, the same customer support which puts me on hold for 3 hours just to get nowhere. Somehow nobody can find the account to take off my automatic payment, and I have to go in and block all t-mobile payments from my bank. This happened a year ago, and t-mobile eventually tried to take me to small claims court and collections for me not paying this ‘temp number’ bill. It was a serious hassle and almost affected my credit score. On top of all this, my multiple fraud reports are still pending, and I am waiting for a refund for over $300. How a massive corporation can somehow not find my account to block these payments from occurring, yet still somehow have it stored in their system to keep triggering monthly payments, and then double down on their mistake and try to send my ‘missed payments’ to collections is beyond me. I see why t-mobile offers discounts for automatic payments with a bank/debit card, because they can more easily steal your money! Please take caution when signing up for new accounts, and if anyone mentions a temp/placeholder number, just run.

Me and my parents went to this t-mobile to change my number and it was on a Thursday and it was 6:10 pm, it was locked and said that it closes at 8 pm. This place sucks, don’t go here you will waste gas driving here.

I have the most experience the most beautiful experience at the T-Mobile in Malden Massachusetts. That’s the young lady name Eva. She was very patient. I went to trade my phone and got a iPhone 15 Pro Max and I traded in a 12 Pro Max and she helped me through the entire process And plus she transferred everything for me and I had gotten the watch as well. She was so patient and she walked me through everything and me and my husband went back to T-Mobile because he was having an issue with his phone took the time and help us well spoken Very knowledgeable she knows her work Eva‘s the best thing you guys can put in Malden I appreciate her. I just wanted to let you guys know she’s doing a wonderful job. She have so much knowledge and phones. She’s very patient. She explain everything to you, detail by detail, and make sure you understand, I don’t regret going to the one in Massachusetts

The odor emanating from some of these customers is nauseating! How are the associates supposed to work under these conditions? Honestly I’m taking my business elsewhere. The associate there, who claimed his name was Colin, was unhelpful as well. Probing far too much into my personal life.Honestly the rest of the people there seemed fine. Just the smell of the other customers, and the one guy. Hope this helps!

The business hour shows close at 8, but when we came in before 6, they said the computer had turn off and can’t do anything with it. They ready for release 2hr early without service??? Strongly recommend they change the business hour, don’t mislead the customers!!!

Maurice is hands down the best! Couple of weeks ago I went in for one thing and he helped with a ton other. It feels nice to go to an establishment where I’m not being rushed and all my questions are answered. Made the process extremely easy!
