Had THE worst experience at this car wash and with this company!! In 6 years of being a member with multiple vehicles, I have never been handled in the manner that I have under this new management. Shaunte Batiste out of your 3040 Highway 365 Nederland, TX 77627 location lacks professionalism, is uncouth, and calls the police on paying members when she disagrees with them. Take your money elsewhere, where it is appreciated.. Don't bother calling corporate, they need people so badly that they will retain employees no matter the situation. Lisa the customer service "manager" is also no help. Company full of managers that need training on customer service.
I will be joining another nearby car wash to receive a better experience, as my business is not appreciated here.

I just paid for the $149 package. They didn't even vacuum the car nicely. Wasted 2 hours of my life and money. Seriously take your money elsewhere. It looks like they rushed even though I literally watched the guy wipe down everything a million times I wonder what he was wiping my car was already clean. Really just needed the carpet and Mat cleaned. Whatever cleaning stuff they use suck it leaves residue and sticky. Least they can do is change the towel after the last car.

Payed for. A 40$ wash and all the bugs were still on and all the dirt and the interior was still dirty and then had a attitude when they had to redo it and still was dirty

I got my car washed yesterday, 7/22. It was my first time there. I paid $35. My car went through the wash and came out with the same dirty on the front grill of my SUV. There were spots throughout that it missed. Even the attendees, who are supposed to wipe your car to dry it off, didn't notice the stains. I had to walk over and point it out to them. Then, when I complained and asked for a manager, I was told I can go through the wash to get a FREE wash. How is it free when the first time my car came out with the same dirt and residues? Frankly, I was treated as if I was not a paid customer, as if they were doing me a favor. To make matters worse, they weren't even extremely busy. There were at least 5 attendees wiping down another guy's massive truck. I assumed he must be a regular customer. My SUV got a quick wipe down so the other attendees can attend his truck. At one point, I had to grab a cloth and spray bottle to clean off my own vehicle cause I was not being heard and being ignored. Prior to, I was contemplating getting my SUV detailed there. However, after the wash I got yesterday, I'm not going to invest more money to get a crappy job. My first and last visit. I'll go to the car wash in Chelsea on Revere Parkway. Better service and the people are nicer.

These guys are great! I brought my extremely dirty car in to be washed (4 months the since last wash) and the service attendants weren't satisfied with the wash, so they sent it back through again and made sure all the leaves stuck under the windshield wipers were cleaned out. Excellent service! My car is sparkling! Highly recommend!

Female with a very large head and glasses was extremely ignorant and rude. Yelling at a person trying to back up looks bad for business and to top it off my detail was terrible. Tons of streaks

Flexible, professional and great communications! They do tailored the best time and solution based on your situation. It's funny looking at those comments who complained about their "unprofessionally works". They paid less than $40-$70 for their interior and exterior, but had high expectations for their car being done in $300 quality, which's impossible, if you want your car done nicely and look like new, you definitely gotta spend more than $150 or up, the highest here is about less than $300, still better than Dealers, your car will look like when you just bought.

Wasted money. I got the $35 and so many place was missed. The only thing i satisfied was the mats otherwise everything was so lousy. Okay i got it $35 is not a lot of money and i dont expect it going be deep clean. But it not worth it. Windshield, windows was so lousy. If you have to wash go for the $16 exterior atleast you know your underbody will get wash.

If give this 100 stars if I could. I was locked out of my husbands truck on a coooold night. But felt vulnerable because I was by myself - afraid I'd be overcharged considering the circumstance. I just googled local locksmith and found this co. So glad it lined up that way because Asha went above and beyond! Even helped me charge my battery! Called the next day for help with my house door that wouldn't lock and he trouble shooter it for me over the phone! What a gem , forever grateful.
